IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USE
Use only as described in this ORFELD Owner’s Guide. Do not carry out any
maintenance other than that shown in this manual, or advised by the ORFELD
Helpline.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury, fire, electric shock, and property damage
resulting from improper use of the appliance, carefully observe the following
instructions. This unit contains electrical connec tions and moving parts
that the potentially present risk to the user.
THE FLOOR NOZZLE, WAND, AND HANDHELD VACUUM CONTAIN ELEC TRICAL CONNECTIONS:
- These are NOT serviceable parts.
- DO NOT use to vacuum any liquids.
- DO NOT immerse in water when cleaning.
- If the handheld vacuum/wand is damaged, discontinue use.
- To avoid fire, explosion, or injury, inspect Power Pack and chargers for any
- damage before use. DO NOT use a vacuum cleaner with a damaged power pack or charger.
- DO NOT use outdoors or on wet surfac es, Use only on dry surfaces.
- If the vacuum cleaner is not working as it should or has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or immersed in water, return it to ORFELD Company for examination, repair, or adjustment.
- DO NOT handle charger or vacuum cleaner with wet hands.
- DO NOT leave the vacuum cleaner unattended.
- Keep the power pack away from heated surfaces.
- Always tum off this appliance before connecting or disconnecting the floor nozzle.
- Only use ORFELD chargers and battery packs. Other types of batteries may burst, causing injury and damage.
- Only Use ORFELD Power Pack with ORFELD Charging Dock placed on stable surfaces.
- DO NOT incinerate the appliance, even if it is severely damaged, as the power pack may explode in a fire.
GENERAL USE
Use only as described in this manual
- Keep your work area well lit.
- Keep the vacuum cleaner moving over the carpet surface at all times to avoid damaging the carpet fibers.
- DO NOT place vacuum cleaners on unstable surfaces such as chairs or tables.
- DO NOT put any objects into openings. DO NOT use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
- DO NOT allow young children to operate the appliance or use it as a toy. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
- DO NOT use without Soft Roller, dust cup door, and all filters in place.
- DO NOT use if the airflow is restricted; if the air paths or the floor nozzle become blocked, tum off the vacuum cleaner and remove the battery. Clear all obstructions before returning the battery to vacuum and powering it on again.
- Keep floor nozzle away from hair, face, fingers, uncovered feet, or loose clothing.
- Only use the manufacturer’s recom mended attachments.
- DO NOT charge the power pack at temperatures below 50°F(10°C)or above 104 °F(40°C).
- Store the appliance indoors. DO NOT use or store it below 37.4F(3°C). Ensure the appliance is at room temperature before operating.
DUST CUP/FILTERS/ACCESSORIES
Before turning on the vacuum:
- Make sure that all filters are thoroughly dry after routine cleaning.
- Make sure Soft Roller, all covers, and filters are in place after routine mainte nance.
- Make sure accessories are free of blockages and keep openings away from the face and body.
- Use only ORFELD brand filters and accessories. Using other brands will void the warranty
GENERAL CLEANING
- DO NOT vacuum up hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, screws, or coins that could damage the vacuum cleaner.
- DO NOT vacuum up drywall dust, or replace ash or embers. DO NOT use as an attachment to power tools for dust collection.
- DO NOT vacuum up smoking or burning objects such as hot coals, cigarette butts, or matches.
- DO NOT vacuum up flammable or combustible materials(e. g., lighter liquid, gasoline, or kerosene)or use a vacuum in areas where they may be present.
- DO NOT vacuum up toxic solutions(e. g. , chlorine bleach, ammonia, or drain cleaner).
- DO NOT use in an enclosed space where vapors are present from paint, paint thinner, moth-proofing substances, flammable dust, or other explosive or toxic materials.
- DO NOT vacuum up any liquids.
- DO NOT immerse vacuum cleaner in water or other liquids.
- Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
LI-ION PACK BATTERY
- The PowerPack Battery is the power source for the appliance. When the Power Pack Battery is connected to the appliance, DO NOT carry the appliance with your finger on the power button. DO NOT charge the appliance with the power on.
- Disconnect the Power Pack Battery from the appliance before making any adjustments or troubleshooting.
- Use only Orfield chargers. Use of an incorrect charger may create a risk of fire when used with Power Pack Battery.
- Use appliances only with specifically designated Power Pack Batteries. The use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
- When Power Pack Battery is not in use, keep it away from all metal objects, such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, or screws. Shorting the battery terminals together increases the risk of fire or bums.
- Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the power pack. Avoidcon tact with liquid, as it may cause irritation or bumps. If contact occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts the eyes seek medical help.
Product Introduction

DO NOT expose the power pack or appliance to fire or temperature above 266°F. (130°C)as it may cause an explosion.

Follow all charging instructions and DO NOT charge the power pack or appliance outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions.
Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the Power Pack Battery and increase the risk of fire. -
The appliance should only be serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. To ensure safety, DO NOT modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the power pack yourself, except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.

Power Pack Battery should not be stored at temperatures below 37. 4°F (3°C)or above 104°F(40°C)to maintain long-term battery life.

Before first use
- Remove the main body of the appliance and other parts/accessories from the packaging.
- Unfold the main body and straighten the handle into a fixed position until you hear “click”.
- Insert the suction head into the bottom of the main body. Make sure they are fastened firmly. To remove the suction head from the main body, press the suction headlock/release button and pull it out.
- There is a lock on the bottom of the suction head to fix the ORFELD brush. Make sure it’s locked in place for use.
Operation Instructions
- Uncouple the hand-held vacuum cleaner (7) from the cradle unit (1) by pressing the hand-held release button (4).
- If required, attach one of the supplied accessories ( 13, 14) to the suction inlet of the hand-held vacuum (7). The accessories are located at the rear of the charging support /accessory holder (16).
- To activate the vacuum cleaner, press the hand-held power button (8). When you have finished, or if the dust tank (12) appears to be full, simply press the hand-held Power button (8) again to switch off the appliance. Detach the dust tank (12) for the hand-held Vac (7) by pressing the tank release button (9) and empty the contents into a dustbin. To reattach, simply click back into position
- To recharge the hand-held vacuum, it must be reconnected to the cradle unit (1) before replacing back onto the charging base (17).
- To ensure the cordless vacuum main trains optimum performance, we recom mend you empty the dust tank (12) after every use and frequently clean the washable HEPA filter (11) inside.
- Detach the dust tank (12) as described on page 4, and empty the contents. The floor brush can be removed from the floor brush head (6) to pull out any tangled hair or dirt.
- Unlock the brush locking switch (19) to remove the brush
- Do not rinse the brush under water to clean Note: the hand-held unit can remain attached when folding the cradle unit for storage
Cleaning and maintenance
- Disconnect the charger from the mains and let it cool down before undertaking any cleaning task.
- Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
- Do not use any solvents or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or any abrasive products for cleaning the appliance.
- Never submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid, or place it under a running tap.
Emptying the dust box
- Uncouple the handheld vacuum cleaner from the dust cup.
- Press the dust cup release button.
- Remove the HEPA filter and its protector.
- Empty the contents into a suitable rubbish container.
- Check the condition of the filters before replacing them.
Storage Preparation
Lift the handle folding trigger (3) to engage the folding mechanism.
Note
- The hand-held unit can remain Attached when folding the cradle unit For storage.
- Pull the upper handle down towards the back of the cradle unit (1)
- Store in a cool and dry area.
- Place any of the accessory tools used back into the accessory holder (16).
- Disassemble the charging support stand (16) from the charging base (17) for safe storage. Alternatively, you can leave the appliance stored attached to the charging base, but disconnected from the mains or power
Changing the filters
- HEPA filter machine washable, but recommended to change annually. Supply
- Supplies, such as filters and spare parts can be acquired from distributors and authorized establishments for your appliance model.
- Always use original supplies designed specifically for your appliance model.
