Safety Information
WARNING: For better secure application, installation to wall stud is recommended. Ensure installation is stable and strong enough to support the intended weight. Please use appropriate hardware when you install to different surfaces. Hollow wall installation is not recommended.
Pre-Assembly
TOOLS REQUIRED
HARDWARE INSTALLATION
NOTE: Upright, brackets and shelves are sold separately
Assembly
FINDING WALL SnJDS AND MARKING
- Use a stud finder to locate and mark your studs at the desired height
- Use a level to ensure the marks are level horizontally.
INSTALL 1ST UPRIGHT
StudAppllcatlon
- Install 1st upright to wall sbJds using#10x2in.screws. Drywall Application:
- Use a 5/16 in. drill bit for a pilot hole on drywall.
- Insert the plastic anchor in the hole and push with the anchor tool.
- Install 1stuprightto anchors using#10x2in. screws.
INSTALL THE NEXT UPRIGHT
- Mark holes for installation.Max. Spacing 16 in. from centre to centre of uprights.
- Install 2nd upright horizontally level with upright(repeating install
INSTALL THE BRACKET
- lnstall the bracket in the upright.
- Make sure the brackets are at the same height on the uprights to ensure the shelf is level.
SECURE THE SHELVES
- Ensure all brackets are level horizontally and place shelf evenly across brackets.
- Install screws to fix the brackets. Make sure the shelf does not exceed two inches overhang past bracket.
NOTE: If the shelf overhangs the bracket, it could result in shelf failure and injury.
