Product Usage Instructions

• Step 1: Disconnecting Power
  • Disconnect the battery by removing the ground wire first, followed by the power wire.
• Step 2: Removing Existing Storage Container
  • Remove the existing storage container and support bracket from the frame.
  • Note that the instructions are the same for both the right and left sides.
• Step 3: Assembly Instructions
  • Follow these steps to assemble the supplemental tank:
  • Use hex nuts (HFNCS-516S) and carriage bolts (CB-51634) to secure the tank in place.
  • Refer to the parts list for additional components needed for assembly.
• Step 4: Reconnecting Power
  • After assembly, reconnect the battery power wire first, followed by the pump power wire from the wiring harness.
  • Finally, reconnect the ground wire.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

7 GAL. SUPPLEMENTAL TANK ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

• STEP 1: Disconnect the battery, ground first and then power wire.

• STEP 2: Remove the existing storage container and support bracket from the frame.

• NOTE: Instructions are the same for the right and left side.

• STEP 3: Install the supplemental tank to the frame as shown.

  • Before beginning step four, BE SURE there is no pressure on the lines and fluid is drained.
  • Parts were removed for clarity.

• STEP 4:

  • Carefully cut and install the “tee” fittings in the “suction” and “return” lines as shown (blue arrows).
  • Securely fasten with 3/4 hose clamps.

  • Next, install the 90-degree elbows.

• STEP 5:

  • NOTE: Slide the protective wrap over the hose and secure it with zip ties before connecting.
  • Measure and cut 1/2” hose and connect one end to the suction port on the bottom of the 7-gallon tank and the other end to the “tee” fitting in the suction line.
  • Route the hose between the upright and the tank.
  • Securely fasten each end with a 1/2” hose clamp.

• STEP 6:

  • NOTE: Slide the protective wrap over the hose and secure it with zip ties before connecting.
  • Measure and cut 1/2” hose, connecting one end to the return port on the top of the 7 gal-lon tank and the other end to the “tee” fitting in the return line.
  • Route the hose between the upright and the tank.
  • Securely fasten each end with 1/2” hose clamps.

• STEP 7: Reconnect the battery power wire first along with the pump power wire from the wiring harness, and then reconnect the ground wire.
