Introduction

Overview

This product is a meeting speakerphone supporting daisy-chain connection. It can be used separately or supports maximum 9 same speakerphones to be connected to expand speaker playback and microphone pick up range, which provides an excellent performance in big‐medium meeting scenario. It also supports two connection modes, Bluetooth and USB to fulfill different connection needs. The speakerphone also features AEC, background noise reduction, automatic gain control, and full duplex mode. It also supports plug and play, and compatible with multiple operation systems, such as Windows 7/10/11, Mac OS 10.10 or above and UC applications, like Zoom, Teams.

8| TYPE-C| USB Type-C port. Connect to USB source via the provided USB Type-A to USB Type-C cable. (Only the master speakerphone’s TYPE-C port is valid.)
The following two type cables can also be used to connect source device:

  • USB Type-C to USB 2.0 Type-A cable;
  • USB Type-C cable (USB 2.0 or above).

9| PREVIOUS| USB Mini port. Connect to the NEXT port of the previous Any Co A6 speakerphone.
10| 12V| Connect to the provided power adapter.

Connection

The speakerphone supports connecting with source device through USB or Bluetooth, and supports two application modes, Standalone mode and Daisy-Chain mode.

Note:

  1. The speakerphone needs to be connected to the power source via the provided power adapter.

  2. When in Daisy-Chain mode, the master speakerphone must be connected to the power source. One power adapter can supply power for 3 speakerphones at most. If the quantity of the connected speakerphones is more than 3 (no more than 9), another power adapter is needed to be connected to the next speakerphone after every 3 speakerphones.

  3. Users can connect the source with the speakerphone via USB Type-C port or Bluetooth.

    • After the speakerphone is connected to a computer via the USB cable, its speaker and mic can be detected by the system and specific application in the name of the following:
      Speaker Name: AVA Any Co A6
      MIC Name: AVA Any Co A6

    • When the speakerphone is waiting for pairing with the computer or mobile phone through Bluetooth, the name can be found in the Bluetooth list is:
      Bluetooth: AVA Any Co A6

Operations

Standalone Mode

Operation Description
Power On/Off
  • Power on: Connect the speakerphone to the power source via the provided power adapter, it will power on automatically. All LEDs will blink (white) like breath once and then the power LED will light white. The speakerphone can be operated normally.
  • Power off: Disconnect the speakerphone from power source. All LEDs will be off.

Bluetooth Connect ion| a. When power on the speakerphone, the Bluetooth LED is off. In this mode, if the Bluetooth source has  not been connected with the speakerphone before, the speakerphone can’t be discovered by it. If Bluetooth source has ever been connected with the speakerphone before, it can be connected to the speakerphone by selecting its name in the Bluetooth list. The Bluetooth LED of the  speakerphone  will  light  blue  after connect ion is successful.
b. Press the Bluetooth button once, the speakerphone enters pairing mode. It can be discovered and connected in this mode. The Bluetooth LED blinks blue. If the Bluetooth source has ever been connected with this speakerphone before, it also can be connected to this speakerphone by selecting its name in Bluetooth list.
c. When a Bluetooth device is connected to the speakerphone successfully, the Bluetooth LED lights solid blue.
d. When the Bluetooth connect ion is successful, press Bluetooth button again to exit connect ion mode and back to pairing mode (b mode). Then press the button again to back to a mode.
Connect source devices via USB Type-C  port and Bluetooth meanwhile| The speakerphone gives priority to output the audio from the first connected active source. Only when the first connected source is paused or disconnected for about 3s, the speakerphone will output audio from the other active source.
Mute/Unmute| Press the mute/unmute button to mute/unmute the microphones. In mute status, all LEDs light red, and in unmute status, all LEDs will back to previous status. When the speakerphone is powered on, it is in unmute status by default.
Volume +/-| Press Volume +/- button to increase/decrease the volume. The LEDs will show the volume increase/decrease clockwise/anti-clockwise.
Reboot| Hold the Power button for about 2s to reboot the device.

Daisy-Chain Mode
The operations in Daisy-Chain mode are same with Standalone mode. In addition to the Power button (reboot operation), other operations and LEDs’ status of all speakerphones in this mode are synchronized.

Warranty

Products are backed by a limited 1-year parts and labor warranty. For the following cases AV Access Technology Limited shall charge for the service(s) claimed for the product if the product is still remediable and the warranty card becomes unenforceable or inapplicable.

  1. The original serial number (specified by AV Access Technology Limited) labeled on the product has been removed, erased, replaced, defaced or is illegible.
  2. The warranty has expired.
  3. The defects are caused by the fact that the product is repaired, dismantled or altered by anyone that is not from an AV Access Technology Limited authorized service partner. The defects are caused by the fact that the product is used or handled improperly, roughly or not as instructed in the applicable User Guide.
  4. The defects are caused by any force majeure including but not limited to accidents, fire, earthquake, lightning, tsunami and war.
  5. The service, configuration and gifts promised by salesman only but not covered by normal contract.
  6. AV Access Technology Limited preserves the right for interpretation of these cases above and to make changes to them at any time without notice.
