Introduction

Overview

This product is a portable USB Speakerphone. Setup and use of the speakerphone are a breeze -plug and play. It’s compatible with all leading UC platforms. With four microphones built-in, the speakerphone can pick up sound from any angle. With a slim and compact design, the speakerphone can be used at home, in the office or during traveling Plus, the speakerphone supports echo cancellation, active background noise reduction and speech enhancement, which can provide excellent performance during meeting.

| I Mute/Unmute I a.    Mute: All LEDs light red.

b.  Unmute: The LED of Power lights white, other LEDs are off. _ Power On a.  Connect to USB source device: The LED of Power lights white,

and other LEDs are off.

b. Press Power button: All LEDs will blink white once like breathing. When the speakerphone is powered on successfully, the LED of Power lights white, and other LEDs are off.

Power Off           a. Press Power Button: Breathing LED, all LEDs will blink (white) once like breathing and then off, the device is powered off.

4| Volume              The LEDs will light white from the first LED next to the Power button Display    anticlockwise or clockwise, and the last LED will blink. After about 2s, all LEDs will be back to last status. The quantity of the lit LEDs shows

the volume.

a.         Decrease the volume: The quantity of the lit LEDs will decrease in anticlockwise direction.

b.         Increase the volume: The quantity of the lit LEDs will increase in clockwise direction.

c.          Decrease/Increase the volume continuously: Hold the Volume UpNolume Down button, the quantity of the lit LEDs will decrease/increase anticlockwise/clockwise continuously. When  the  volume  is decreased/increased  to  the

minimum/maximum value, the last LED will blink fast. After

| | about 2s, all LEDs will be back to last status.

Note : After the speakerphone is connected to a computer, its speaker and mics can be detected by the system and specific application in the name of the following:

  • Speaker Name: AVA AnyCo A3
  • MICName: AVA AnyCo A3

How to Use the Speakerphone

Connect the speakerphone to the USB source device (such as a PO using the provided USB cable.

Power On/Off

Power On:

  1. Connect the speakerphone to the USB source device using the provided USB cable, the speakerphone will be powered on automatically. By default, the speakerphone is in Unmute status. Power LED lights white and other LEDs are off.
  2. With USB cable connected, if you hold the Power button to power off the speakerphone, hold the Power button for about 1-2s to power on the device again, all LEDS will blink white once like breathing. Power LED lights white and other LEDs are off.

Power Off:

  1. Hold the Power button for about 1-2s, all LEDs blink white once like breathing, and then off, the device is powered off
  2. When unplug the USB source device, the speakerphone will be powered off immediately.

Volume Up/Down

  1. Adjust the volume of the source device, the speakerphone volume changes synchronously, and the LEDS will show the change of the volume. When increase/decrease the volume, the quantity of the lit LEDs increases/decreases in clockwise/ anticlockwise direction.
  2. Press the buttons of Volume up/down, the LEDs will light white and show the changes of volume clockwise/antidockwise. And the volume of the source will be changed synchronously.
  3. Hold the Volume Up/Down button, the volume will be increased/decreased continuously, when the volume is increased/decreased to the limit value, the last LED will blink fast, after 25, the LEDs will exit the status and back to last LEDs dispay status.

Mute/Unmute

Press Mute button, the speakerphone enters Mute/Unmute mode.

  1. In Mute mode, all LEDs light red, and the Mics are invalid.
  2. In Unmute mode, the LED of Power lights white, other LEDs are off, and the Mics are enabled
