Product Information
The HDBase-T Lite Extender 4KEX70-L is a device that allows you to extend HDMI signals up to 40m/131ft at 4Kx2K@60Hz (4:2:0) and up to 70m/230ft at 1080P@60Hz via Cat 6a/7 cables. When using Cat 5e cables, it can extend HDMI signals up to 35m/115ft at 4Kx2K@60Hz (4:2:0) and up to 60m/197ft at 1080P@60Hz. It also supports bi-directional RS232 pass-through and transfers bi-directional infrared control signal together with the HDMI signal. The device is slim in appearance, space-saving, HDMI 1.4 with 4K, and HDCP 2.2 compliant.

Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the power adapter provided to the transmitter/receiver to power both units.
- Connect the HDMI source (e.g. DVD) to the transmitter via an HDMI cable.
- Use Cat 5e/6/7 to connect the transmitter and receiver.
- Connect the IR receiver cable to the IR In port of the receiver.
- Connect the IR emitter cable to the IR Out port of the transmitter.
- Connect the HDMI display to the receiver via an HDMI cable.
- Secure the IR receiver with adhesive and place it near the display device.
- Secure the IR emitter on the IR receiving sensor of the source device with adhesive.
Note: We recommend the use of T568B straight-through Category cables.
Introduction
Overview
This product is a slim transmitter receiver pair which is designed to extend
HDMI 1080P@60Hz signals up to 70m/230ft and 4K@60Hz signals up to 40m/131ft
via a single Cat 6a/7 cable. The transmitter and receiver can supply power to
each other reciprocally. When either side is plugged in the power, both sides
are powered on. You can control the source from the display’s location or
control the display from source’s location via IR pass-through function. The
transmitter and receiver are easy to install. They are space saving and offer
solutions for home, office, digital entertainment centers, control centers,
conference rooms, school and corporate training environments.

Products are backed by a limited 1-year parts and labor warranty. For the following cases AV Access Technology Limited shall charge for the service(s) claimed for the product if the product is still remediable and the warranty card becomes unenforceable or inapplicable.
- The original serial number (specified by AV Access Technology Limited) labeled on the product has been removed, erased, replaced, defaced or is illegible.
- The warranty has expired.
- The defects are caused by the fact that the product is repaired, dismantled or altered by anyone that is not from an AV Access Technology Limited authorized service partner. The defects are caused by the fact that the product is used or handled improperly, roughly or not as instructed in the applicable User Guide.
- The defects are caused by any force majeure including but not limited to accidents, fire, earthquake, lightning, tsunami and war.
- The service, configuration and gifts promised by salesman only but not covered by normal contract.
