Safety Instruction
Security Requirements
Please read and understand the owner’s manual before driving.
- Do not drive this mobility scooter if you have been drinking alcohol or are overly tired.
- Do not use walkie-talkie or cell phones while driving.
- Please walk on the pavement and do not cross the road. If there is no pavement, Please follow local traffic regulations and remain vigilant for oncoming vehicles.
- If you cannot judge the condition of the roadway, do not drive on it.
- Don’t drive during the night. If you have to, make sure to turn on your headlights and be careful.
- Avoid driving on loose gravel, covered ground, or sand.
- When a scooter drives over obstacles that are a certain height, it’s essential to decrease the speed and navigate the obstacles with care.
- Avoid reversing your mobility scooter over steps, curbs, or obstacles as this may cause the scooter to tip over or fall.
- Electric scooters are designed for individual use only. It is not permitted to carry any passengers while riding.
- Don’t switch off the power while the electric scooter is moving forward, or it’ll suddenly stop and tip over easily. Turn off the power switch when not using the scooter.
- Slow down when driving on uneven rocks or soft ground.
- Please use caution when driving down slopes or approaching areas where the ground is elevated or there are unprotected edges, such as on the roadside, doorstep, or stairs.
- It is not allowed to modify or alter the initial settings of the electric scooter.
- It is not allowed to use an electric scooter as a seat on a moving vehicle.
- Protect the battery from freezing temperatures. Never charge a frozen battery because it can cause damage and result in personal injuries.
- When you drive in rain or snow, the road becomes slippery and this makes the automatic braking distance longer.
- If you are taking prescription medication or have physical limitations, you should consult your doctor. Certain medications and restrictions may affect your ability to operate your scooter safely.

Operate Instruction
Unpacking and Remove the Mobility Scooter
- Cut the packing tape on only one end of the shipping box.
- Lay the box on one side (be sure to save it in case you decide to return the unit).
- Lift slowly to slide the Mobility Scooter out.
Unfold the Mobility Scooter
- Lift the head of the mobility scooter by hand and press the holder at the bottom of the operating lever inward to securely fix the head of the scooter.
- Lift the seat cushion frame and Insert the left and right buckles onto the frame into the fixed positions in the triangular shape until they securely fix the seat in place.
- Turn the left and right seat buttons counterclockwise, attach the left and right armrests making sure the directions are not reversed, and then rotate the buttons clockwise until secure.
Battery Box Removal and Installation
Remove:
Remove the battery box from beneath the seat by following these steps: unscrew
the power cable, grasp the battery handle, and lift it upward.
Installation:
Hold the battery box handle, place the battery box into the slot at the bottom
of the battery, and Connect the power cord.
Two ways of battery charging:
Method One
- Place your mobility scooter close to an outlet.
- Turn the key counterclockwise to turn off the scooter.
- Slide the charging port on the battery box and insert the charger’s connector into the port.
- Plug the other end of the charger into the wall socket, the yellow indicator light will light up and charging will begin.
- Once charging is completed, the green indicator lights up and the charger stops working. Unplug the charger from the wall outlet.
Method Two
- Turn the key counterclockwise to turn off the scooter and take out the battery box.
- Other operations are the same as method One.
- After fully charging, put it back in the mobility scooter body.
Precautions:
- The device should be charged for the first time to use, with the original charger.
- Promptly recharge the battery when the indicator light shows a low battery state.
Manual/Electric Switch

“Electric mode”: Pull the brake lever down to activate the motor. Ride the electric mode effortlessly.

“Manual mode”: Pull the brake lever upward to unlock it. Move manually by pushing the device.
If you’re ready to start driving but the vehicle won’t move, check if the brake lever is closed. -
Waming: Do not leave the brake lever unlocked when going downhill, as this will result in ineffective braking when the lever is unlocked.
Lift The Armrests
- Flip up the armrests to allow you to transfer easily to enter or exit the seat.
- Push down the armrests to allow you to keep safer when on the seat.
Removable cushion and backrest
- The cushion and backrest can be removed separately for easy cleaning.
Adjust head height
- More reasonable design Meet the use of people of different heights.
- To adjust the height of the mobility scooter’s head, turn the latch counterclockwise to loosen and adjust the head of the scooter to the desired height – either up or down. then clockwise to tighten it.
- Note: Before using this scooter, ensure that the head is securely attached.
Install basket
- Install the front accessories and fasten the basket securely.

Fold the Mobility Scooter
- Hold the seat armrest with one hand and use the other hand to release the left and right buckles from their triangular fixed position below the cushion frame. Then, carefully lower the seat frame.
- Pull the fixing holder at the bottom of the operating lever outward and slowly lower the head of the electric vehicle.
- Finally, lower the seat armrest.

Operate Instruction
KeySWitch
- Insert the key into the key switch and turn it clockwise to power up your scooter.
- Turn the key anticlockwise to power down your scooter. Warning:lf the electric scooter loses power while in motion, it will stop suddenly.
Battery Power
Flip the switch on, the battery indicator will show you how much power is
left. Green means it’s strong and red means it’s weak and should be charged
soon.
Speed control knob
Six-speed options can be adapted to meet specific requirements.
Headlight Switch
Turn on your headlights when driving at night or in low-light conditions.
Forward, Backward, Brake
- Move the scooter forward by pushing the right joystick forward.
- Move the scooter backward by pushing the left joystick forward.
- When you release the joystick, The electromagnetic brake will apply automatically, causing the vehicle to come to a stop. The braking distance on flat surfaces is 30 cm.
Horn
Press the horn button, an alarm will sound. Use it in time to avoid any
accidents or problems while driving.
Driving Method
Start Riding
- Check that the brake lever is down and in electric mode.
- Please check all harness connections and make sure they are properly secured and not corroded.
- Confirm whether the seat is installed correctly and whether it is loose.
- Check whether the direction of rotation of the front head is flexible.
- Insert the key and turn the key clockwise to turn on the power. At this time, the battery meter lights up.
- Use the Battery Indicator to confirm the remaining power of the battery. Please charge it if it is insufficient.
- Adjust the speed adjustment knob to the desired speed.
- Confirm the safety of the surrounding environment and road conditions.
- Push the right joystick forward to move the scooter forward; Push the left joystick forward to move the scooter backward.
Stop Riding

When you release the joystick, The electromagnetic brake will apply automatically, causing the vehicle to come to a stop. The braking distance on flat surfaces is 30 cm.
Note: The braking distance varies depending on the driving conditions. Therefore, be sure to apply the brakes in advance if you plan to stop. -
Turn the key anti-clockwise to turn off the power.
Note:
- Please switch off the ignition key when entering or leaving the mobility scooter.
- Do not use both hands on the joystick to speed up at the same time.
- Please do not switch off the power whilst driving as it could cause sudden braking and lead to a fall.
- Please drive at low speed when using indoors.
- Watch out for people and objects behind you when you’re reversing.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
It is essential to carry out the following checks before driving. Please contact the seller if you think something is wrong.
- Electronic equipment may require troubleshooting periodically. However, many issues can be resolved with some critical thinking and practicality.
- What happens if all the components of my mobility scooter appear to be unresponsive?
- Ensure the key is completely inserted in the key switch.
- Verify that the battery is fully charged.
- Ensure the power cable is properly connected to the battery unit.
- What if the engine is working, but my mobility scooter isn’t moving?
- Your mobility scooter might be in manual mode. Pulling the brake lever down to activate the motor can solve this matter.
- Battery
- The battery’s function is influenced by the surrounding temperature. Generally, when the temperature falls below O degrees Celsius, the battery’s storage capability significantly decreases. Therefore, in colder areas or during winter, it is usual for the driving distance to decrease after a full charge.
Storage
- Ensure the appearance of the scooter is spotless by cleaning it thoroughly. Avoid washing the scooter with water directly, instead, use a damp cloth to wipe it down.
- For scooters stored outside, ensure they are shielded from rainfall and refrain from parking them in puddles or extremely wet locations.
- If the scooter is left unused for an extended period, it ought to be fully charged every month.
Maintenance
- Check the tightness of all wires and connecting joints frequently.
- Keep all electronic control components dry. If they get wet, dry them completely before using.
- Regularly inspect the scooter tires for signs of wear. Using a rubber maintenance agent regularly can safeguard the tires.
- The battery should be laid flush in the battery compartment.
