INTENDED USE

Drying is an effective way to preserve food. Warm air at a  constant and adjustable temperature circulates freely inside the appliance between the top and bottom covers, the screens and the power base. Therefore, the products in the appliance sections are dried evenly and with minimal loss of health- promoting vitamins. Drying efficiency in the SG300 dryer is increased by rotary screens. This way you will enjoy fruits, vegetables and mushrooms that are prepared without unhealthy substances all year round.
You can use the SG300 dryer to dry most food products including:

  • mushrooms,
  • fruits,
  • meat (beef, poultry),
  • pasta,
  • vegetables – e.g. to prepare healthy instant meals (without preservatives),
  • plants (flowers, leaves),

  • candied fruits for later processing into instant juice.
