IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

  • Use medium to low heat. High heat may damage or discolor cookware and continual overheating or uncovered cooking may cause food to burn.
  • To minimize sudden changes in temperature that can cause cookware to warp, always heat gradually and never pour cold liquid into a hot pan. MAX Temperature: 500° Fahrenheit (260° Celsius)

CLEANING & CARE

  • Before first use. Make sure to remove the label stickers before using it. Label stickers can be easily removed by a non-metallic utensil.
  • Cook food over medium heat. Make sure the heat is not too much; this can cause warping and damage the protective coating on the surface of the pan.
  • Avoid chopping food directly on the surface of the anodized pans to avoid scratches.
  • Do NOT use abrasive, scratchy sponges, steel wool and chlorine bleaches on the exterior part of the cookware. This can cause damage and discoloration. Use a soft sponge, or other soft cleaning scrub pad to scrub away any food residue or surface staining.
  • It is easy for anodized pans to get stains, which caused by burnt food and leftover grease. If this is the case, baking soda is always a good option, or soaking them on vinegar and hot water for at least half an hour before scrubbing them gently with a soft brush.
  • Keep in mind is to NOT keep the anodized cookware pans in cold water right after use. Give them some time to cool to avoid warping.
  • Though Hard anodized aluminum cookware is dishwasher safe, we still prefer all washing to be done by hand.

For storing, it should not be stacked with other pans made of other materials. This can cause dents and scratches.
