FAQ
How often should I wind my watch?
For hand-wind models like Olympic and Hawai’i Volcanoes, it is recommended to
wind your watch daily to ensure accurate timekeeping. For automatic models
like Gates of the Arctic and Arches, regular wear should provide sufficient
winding through wrist movement.
What should I do if my watch stops working?
If your watch stops working, first ensure it is wound correctly for hand-wind
models or has sufficient power reserve for automatic models. If issues
persist, contact a certified watch repair professional for further assistance.

- Push the crown into the 2nd position.
- Then turn the crown counterclockwise to set the current hour on the day/night hour disc. Depending on your model, either the twelve marks on the edge of the sky or the twelve stars/dots in the sky are the hour markers.
- Push the crown back into the 1st position. All done.
HELPFUL TIP: Since these watches use a 24 hour movement, you may need to set the hour indicator 10-15 minutes ahead of current time, then pull the crown out to the 3rd position and rotate the crown counterclockwise to engage the 24 hour disc with the minute disc. Keep turning the crown and double check that the hour indicator lines up when the minutes show 00. If not, repeat the steps by adjusting the 24 hour indicator.
HOW TO READ THE TIME
The sky shape on the dial represents 12 hours. When you see the Sun moving
across this area, the time displayed is between 6am and 6pm (running from left
to right). The 12 small lines on the edge of the sky are the hour markers.
After 6pm the Sun ‘sets’ on the right and the Moon ‘rises’ on the left, thus
the position of the Moon in the sky shows the hours from 6pm until 6am.
The minutes are displayed in the landscape in 5 minute increments.
The sky shape on the dial represents 12 hours. When you see the Northstar

from left to right). The 12 star dots in the sky are the hour markers. After
6pm the Northstar ‘sets’ on the right and the Moon ‘rises’ on the left, thus
the position of the Moon in the sky shows the hours from 6pm until 6am.
