Product Usage Instructions
Charging the Earbuds:
- Insert the earbuds in the charging case and close it.
- Connect the USB cable to the charger port of the charging case to begin charging.
- The batteries of the earbuds and the charging case will be charged simultaneously.
- Use only Samsung-approved chargers for safe charging.
Connecting to a Mobile Device:
- Insert the earbuds in the charging case, close it, and then open it.
- Follow the on-screen instructions on your mobile device when the connection pop-up window appears.
- Install the Galaxy Wearable app to connect the earbuds to your mobile device.
Using the Earbuds:
- Check the direction marks on each earbud and insert them into your ears accordingly.
- Adjust the earbuds until they fit comfortably in your ears.
- If features like calling are not working, ensure proper positioning and use ear tips that fit your ears.
Safety Information:
Read all safety information provided before using the device to ensure safe
and proper use. Avoid listening to sound at high volume for extended periods
to prevent hearing damage.

Insert the earbuds in the charging case and close it. Begin charging by
connecting the USB cable to the charger port of the charging case. The
batteries of the earbuds and the charging case will be charged simultaneously.
Use only Samsung-approved chargers.
- Chargers are sold separately.
- Keep the charging case closed while you store or charge the earbuds, or when you charge the charging case.
- If you touch the charging contacts while charging the charging case, it may affect charging.
Connecting to a mobile device
Insert the earbuds in the charging case, then close the charging case and open
it. When the connection pop-up window appears, follow the mobile device’s on-
screen instructions to complete the connection.
You can install the Galaxy Wearable app and connect the earbuds to your mobile
device by following the on-screen instructions.
- To use all the earbuds’ touch actions, launch the Galaxy Wearable app and activate the related features.
Wearing the earbuds
Check the direction of each earbud and insert them into your ears by holding them so that you see the imprinted direction marks. Adjust the earbuds until they fit comfortably in your ears.
- If your ears or earbuds are wet or have foreign materials on them, or if you have prolonged skin contact with the earbuds, it may result in skin irritation. Make sure that your ears and earbuds are clean and dry before wearing the earbuds.
- If you experience any skin irritation while you are wearing the earbuds, stop wearing them immediately and consult a specialist.
If the earbuds are not positioned correctly in your ears, features like calling through the earbuds may not work. Use a pair of ear tips that fit your ears and wear the earbuds properly.

Follow the warnings below to prevent incidents, such as fires or explosions,
injuries, or damage to the device
- Your device contains magnets. Keep it away from credit cards, implanted medical devices, and other devices that may be affected by magnets. In the case of medical devices, keep your device more than 15 cm apart. Stop using your device if you suspect any interference with your medical device and consult your physician or your medical device manufacturer.
- Do not expose the device or the battery to physical impact or damage.
- Use only Samsung-approved batteries, chargers, and cable specifically designed for your device.
- Prevent the charger port and charging contacts from coming into contact with foreign materials such as metal, liquids, or dust.
- If any part of the device, such as the glass or acrylic body, is broken, smokes, or emits a burning odor, stop using the device immediately. Use the device again only after it has been repaired at a Samsung Service Centre or an authorized service center.
- Do not turn on or use the device when the battery compartment is exposed.
- Do not disassemble or reuse the battery.
- The device can be used in locations with an ambient temperature of 0 °C to 35 °C. You can store the device at an ambient temperature of -20 °C to 50 °C. Using or storing the device outside of the recommended temperature ranges may damage the device or reduce the battery’s lifespan.
To prevent possible hearing damage when using a headset, do not listen to sound at high volume for long periods.

cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Any changes or modifications (including the antennas) to this device that are
not expressly approved by the manufacturer may void the user’s authority to
operate the equipment.
- Do not wear your devices while swimming, playing water sports, or taking a shower.
- Do not use the devices in places where the temperature is higher than the normal range or there is a lot of humidity, such as a sauna.
- Do not drop the devices or subject it to a heavy impact.
- Do not put the devices in a washing machine or dryer.
If the devices are exposed to water or contaminants, follow the guidelines below:
- If the devices are exposed to fresh water, dry them thoroughly by wiping them with a clean, soft cloth and shaking them to remove any water from the devices.
- If the devices are contaminated with or exposed to any liquid other than freshwater, use them only after they have been repaired at a Samsung Service Centre or an authorized service center.
It is not recommended to use the devices underwater.

Removing the battery
- To remove the battery, contact an authorized service center.
- For your safety, you must not attempt to remove the battery. If the battery is not properly removed, it may lead to damage to the battery and device, cause personal injury, and/or result in the device being unsafe.
