Wearing and Adjustment Instructions
- Ensure the tip of the earbud is facing down, then place the earbuds in your ears.
- Rotate the earbuds on the side of the ear tip to adjust them for a perfect fit.
Note: The image illustrates the proper orientation and adjustment of the earbuds in the ear.
Earbuds Functionality
How to Pair
- Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode within 10 seconds.
- The left earbud alternates red and blue lights (pairing mode indicator).
- Search for the device name “TOZO-T12 Pro” on your phone to pair.
- The smart charging case, once the earbuds are connected successfully to the phone for the first time, will automatically connect the earbuds to the phone subsequently when the case lid is opened.
Note: Isolation film should be removed from the earbuds before first use.

Earbuds Charging
- Place the earbuds in the charging case; they will magnetically attach and charge. The red LED indicates charging.
- When fully charged, the charging case automatically changes to power saving mode.
Charging Case
- Use a 5V/1A adapter to charge the case, which can be connected to a USB port on a computer or another USB charger.
- Wireless charging of the case is also supported for convenience.
Note: Do not touch the earbuds’ touch control during charging to avoid changing the factory settings.

Right Earbud
- Play/Pause: Tap the MFB.
- Volume Up: Press and hold the MFB.
- Next Track: Double-tap the MFB.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap the MFB.
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds.
- Reconnect Disconnected State: Remove the right earbud from the charging case and it will automatically reconnect (takes about 20 seconds after turning on).

Waterproofing
The earbuds are waterproof for daily use (sweating, rain, face washing, shower, etc.), but they are not for swimming.
Note: The Bluetooth signal of the phone cannot be transmitted underwater.
