How Infrared Saunas Work

In your Canadian Spa Far Infrared Sauna only about 20% of the heat goes to heat the air and the other 80% directly heats your body. The result is deeper tissue penetration. Health benefits start at lower heat, starting 32°C. You can set your sauna at a more comfortable temperature.

Assembly

THE BASE

Place the base on the floor making sure the FRONT is in the correct position for easy access. Ensure you allow sufficient room for the door to fully open.

Setting Up Sauna

When setting up the sauna it has to be on flat and level ground, this will mean that the build will be flush and easier to put together. Also ensure there is sufficient space to open the sauna fully (180°C).
The base will need space around it so that when complete it can be shimmied into position.
Make sure during the assembly order that the panels have been slotted into place and are straight before loosening and fastening the clasps together.
On the inside of the back panel, make sure that the heater cable has been pulled out so that connection to the bench heater can be made.
Before roof is fastened down, feed the heater wires through the wall holes for access into the control box.
