Charge It First
While reading through the manual, you can begin to charge up your GE4500 with
your mobile phone charger and the type-c cable attached.

Operation Instructions
Battery Indicator:
Press the power switch to check the battery power:
The indicator will blink one by one during the period of charging. Different numbers of solid indicators show different battery power. All indicators will be turned off automatically when the charging process has finished.
How to Charge the GE4500
This unit can be charged with a type-c cable attached and a 5V wall
charger(phone charger) or car charger.
(Note: 5V wall charger and car charger is not included)
( Only via the QC3.0 wall charger or car charger can achieve the quick charge
input function, QC3.0 wall charger and car charger can be purchased
separately. )
Jump start 12V vehicle instruction:
- Connect the blue plug fully seated into the host, and make sure the Starting State Indicator is off.
- Connect battery clamps to car battery terminals correctly. Red Clamp to the positive(+) battery terminal, Black Clamp to the negative(-) battery terminal.
- Try the ignition to “Start” position
- Start engine successfully, remove the blue plug from the host
- Remove the battery clamps from the car battery terminals.
Green Light On: Telling the connection is correct and the circuit is
working, you can turn on the engine to jump-start directly.
Red Light On With Alarm Buzzer: Telling the connection is wrong, or
short-circuit happens.Check and correct the clamps till the GREEN LIGHT on,
then turn on the engine.Red Light On With Alarm Bleep:
Telling the load is short-circuit.Check and correct the connection till the
GREEN LIGHT on, then turn on the engine.
Red Light Blinking With Alarm Buzzer: Saying the vehicle battery is low voltagepress the “BOOST” button, wait GREEN LIGHT becomes solid, then turn on the engine within 30s.
No Light On: Saying the vehicle’s battery maybe damaged, after confirming the clamps connection is correct, press the “BOOST” button, wait GREEN LIGHT is on, and then turn on the engine within 30s.
Red Light And Green Light Blinking: Saying the host goes to Protection Situation after 4times continuously start, wait for 120s then turn on the engine.If it still can not start the car, please consult Professional persons, NOT make jump-start again.
How to Charge Your Phone or Tablet
- Plug the charging cable into USB-A port and your devices.
- Press the power switch, the unit can identify your device and charge it automatically. The battery indicators will be lit up when charging.
How To Turn On/Off The LED Flashlight
Long press the power switch 3 seconds to start the LED light. There are 3
modes of LED light appear in order (Normal, Strobe, SOS, Off ) if you press
slightly.

FAQ Q1: What is the operating temperature of this unit and how to store it?
A: This unit is lithium polymer battery, operating temp is -20-60 ºC/ -4-140ºF. If the ambient temperature is higher than 60ºC/140ºF, the internal construction of the polymer lithium-ion cells will be damaged, it may swell and become unsafe. So don’t store the device in vehicle which parked in hot weather for long periods of time.
Q2: How to start a vehicle with this unit?
A: Please refer to the instructions about “How to Start a 12V Vehicle.”
Q3: Why do Green and Red light on the jumper cable blink alternately?
A: The smart jumper cable has an Over-start Protection function. If you start the vehicle continuously for more than 4 times within 10 minutes, the jumper cable will turn into Over-start Protection (Green and Red light on the jumper cable will blink alternately), meanwhile, there will be no output of battery clamps. you can disconnect the jumper cable plug from the jumper starter, the Over-start Protection will be removed.
Q4: How do you know if this unit is connected to the vehicle correctly?
A: With the battery clamps connected to the vehicle battery, when the indicator on the jumper cable shines a steady green light, it means it's connected correctly. If red light is on and solid with beeping, it means it‘s reverse connection.
Q5: What should I do if this unit can’t start a vehicle?

Q8: How to turn off this unit ?
A: The unit will be turned off automatically in 30 seconds when it has no load.
Q9: Can this unit charge other devices while it is being charged?
A: Yes.
Q10: Can this unit charge other devices while starting a vehicle?
A: No.
Q11: How often does this unit need to recharge?
A: It would be best to be recharged every 3 months.
Q12: Why it shuts off in 30s when charging for other devices?
A: This product may not be able to charge for the devices that need weak current like iphone 6 series, headphone, smart watch,etc. Because this unit has a minimum load current (200mA). it will be automatically off after 30s if the load current is less than 200mA.

- Do Not allow to use by persons who do not have proper knowledge or ability to operate the device without supervision.
- Do Not use as a toy. Keep the unit away from children to avoid accident.
- This unit is for 12V vehicles only, it may not be suitable for other vehicles. It is forbidden to use for other machines such as aircraft, boats, etc.
- Do Not use this unit if any cable, clamp, or cord is damaged or if the unit is overheated or swelled or leaking fluid.
- Do Not use in place of a vehicle battery or as a vehicle battery charger.
- Do Not use the unit to start a vehicle while charging the internal battery.
- Only use the jumper cable attached and use the correct and qualified charger to charge this unit.
- Do Not let this unit over-discharge (do not let the battery run to empty), please charge it regularly; it would be best to recharge it every 3 months.
- Make sure the blue plug of the jumper cable is plugged fully into the jumper socket; otherwise, the blue plug could melt.
- Make sure the battery terminal are clean before starting, and make sure the battery clamps are well connected. If the battery terminals on the vehicle are dirty or corroded, the output power of the unit will be lessened.
- Do Not start the vehicle continuously more than 4 times within 10minutes, if the vehicle can’t be started at one time, please wait at least 30seconds to restart it.
- Do Not connect the two clamps together.
- Do Not connect the jump starter’s clamps to the battery reversely while pressing the ”BOOST” button to avoid accident.
- Only use this unit to start the vehicle when the battery indicator is more than 2 bars.
- Do Not keep the unit connected to the vehicle battery after successfully starting the engine. Remove the product from the vehicle battery after starting the engine. If not, it could lead to damage.
- Do Not recharge this product immediately after using it to start the vehicle, please cool it down for 30 minutes before charging.
- Do Not allow the product to become wet and Do Not immerse in water.
- Do Not operate the product in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Do Not modify or disassemble the unit. Only a repair technician may repair this unit.
- Do Not expose product to extreme heat or fire.
- Do Not drop or crush the unit. If the unit has received a sharp blow or is damaged in any other way, a qualified battery technician should check it.
- Do Not store in locations where the temperature may exceed 60ºC/ 140ºF.
- Charge only at ambient temperature between -10~45ºC / 14~113ºF.
- Under extreme conditions, the battery may leak. If a liquid is leaking from the unit, Do Not handle with bare hands. In case of skin contact wash with soap and water immediately. If the liquid contacts to eyes, rinse eyes with cold running water for at least 10 minutes and get medical treatment immediately.
- The unit contains the lithium-based batteries. At end of the product life, or if the unit is leaking liquid, dispose the unit according to local regulation.
