Introduction:
2×2 tv wall controller 4Kx2K
The 2×2 tv wall controller , support 1-way HDMI input and 4 HDMI output, the
main function is to divide a complete HDMI,HD image signal into 4 blocks and
assign to 4 video display unit (such as Rear projection unit, LCD TV, etc.),
Complete with 4 HDMI high-definition video display units to form a large
dynamic image screen.

Remote controller:
Operation steps:
STEP 1: Connect hdmi source to hdmi input with HDMI cable,connect hdmi
output to TVs.
STEP 2: Connect 12V power adaptor.
STEP 3: Set up splicing mode by the MODE button on the unit or remote
controller.

● How to do if there is a static picture?
1>Change all the hdmi cables to hdmi 2.1 version, and activate the input device. 2>Adjust the input device and output device to the same resolution.
● How to do if there is a poor picture quality?
1>Change all hdmi cables to less than 6 feet. 2>Please adjust the input device to 4K resolution.
● How to do if the remote doesn’t work?
1>Please change a battery and press it aiming at the IR button. 2>Please check your input and output device's resolution is 1080P. It can work properly in the resolution of 1080P.
● How to do if we get a product lack of the accessory?
Please contact us to get a new replacement.
● How to do when you want to get a vertical mode?
1>Please adjust the resolution to 1080P of the input and output device. 2> Then press the Button ‘R’ to get the 1x3 mode or 1x2 mode.
● How to do if the picture quality is not great?
If you use the 21 or 31 mode, there will be stretched. It is very great for 2x2 mode, perfect in picture quality.
● How to do if there is no signal on the screen?
Please change the input and output devices to the same resolution.
● How to get the 2x1 mode?
If you can't get the 2x1 mode, please check the input port. You need to connect input port 1 and port 3, or input 2 and input 4.
● How to do if there are lines?
Please change a high HDMI quality cable to try it again and our products have a Strict quality inspection. No worries about the quality.
● How to use the 180-degree rotation on it?
● How to do if there is no sound?
Please make sure that your input and output device is 1080P. Our product has updated the software and it can support the audio out to any kind of TV. It does really work with the audio out.
● How to do if it doesn’t work with the 1x3 portrait mode?
Please adjust the resolution to 1080P of the input and output device. Note that Please use the 2x2 mode if you want to use on the game. It will show great on the 2x2 mode.
● How to do if there is no image on the TV?
Please check the monitor port first and use the HDMI to HDMI CABLE 19-1 to connect the TV. If you use the hdmi to DVI cable connecting the TV, there will be no display due to lack of power.
