This article provides instructions on pairing your X1 Wireless TV Box or Xfinity Flex streaming device (Xi5or Xi6) or your XG1v4 X1 TV Box with a Bluetooth device, allowing you to stream audio to the device from the X1 TV Box or Flex streaming device.
Pair a Bluetooth Device

Press the xfinity button on your remote, then select Settings (Gear icon).

Navigate to Device Settings > Audio > Bluetooth Devices.

Select Bluetooth Devices. Your X1 TV Box or Flex streaming device will search for nearby Bluetooth-enabled devices that currently are in pairing mode.

Select the device that you want to connect from the list displayed, then press OK on your remote.
Note: You will only be able to connect one Bluetooth device to your X1 TV Box or Flex streaming device at a time; however, that Bluetooth device can still be paired with other equipment.

How do I get the sound to stop playing on my TV?
Audio from your X1 TV Box or Flex streaming device is output to all audio
ports and Bluetooth at the same volume; therefore, to lower the volume on your
TV, you have to lower the volume of the TV itself. This will not affect the
volume on your Bluetooth device.
Why won’t my volume adjust on my Bluetooth headphones?
Volume on Bluetooth headphones can only be adjusted if your headphones have
their own internal audio volume control.
The audio is not synchronized with the video when I use my Bluetooth headphones. Is there anything I can do? Your X1 TV Box or Flex streaming device automatically makes adjustments to sync the audio and video, but some headphones are known to have compatibility issues. Occasionally, restarting your device can help. Typically, however, the best option is to try different headphones.
