Frequently Asked Questions

1. Q: Why does black water come out after turning on the faucet for the first time?
A: Because the product adopts coconut activated carbon block to filter water, and there are some carbon particles on the carbon block surface. When it is first used, the carbon particles are flushed into the purified water to cause black water, which is a normal phenomenon. Please flush it for a minute and then use it. The purified water cannot be drunk while flushing.

2. Q: Why does the filtered water run quite slowly?
A: The filter cartridge may be clogged. Replace the filter cartridge.

3. Q: Why does the unfiltered water run quite slowly?
A: There may be dirt in filter steel mesh. Clean the filter steel mesh.

4. Q: Why does the water taste funny?
A: The filter cartridge is not installed appropriately, or it should be replaced. Please re-install it in a correct way. If there is still bad taste, please replace it.
