USB Connections
Connect your USB devices to the hub for data transfer and power output.
Ensure compatibility with USB 3.2 Gen1 for optimal performance.
HDMI Ports
Use HDMI 1 for ultra-high resolution displays up to 8K or 4K. HDMI 2
supports up to 4K resolution. Ensure source compatibility for the desired
resolution.
USB-C PD Charging Port
Utilize the USB-C port for power delivery of up to 100W to charge laptops
and MacBooks. For safety, charging is limited to 87-96W.

backwards compatible with USB 2.0.

up to 4K 60HZ (3840×2160) (works separately if source is DP1.2).

rates are subject to the speed of the memory card itself and your computer’s

Important Notes
- For HDMI output, the host USB-C port from your device must support video output.
- USB-A ports will not support Apple SuperDrive / Nintendo Switch or charge iPads and other Tablets.
- Due to power output limitations of some laptops, it is recommended to connect only one HDD/SSD at a time.
- For safety, please use your original or a third-party certified charger and cable to charge your Laptop/MacBook.
- For stable work it is recommended to attach a power supply.

including 235 substances contained in the Candidate List of June 14th 2023 are
not present in this product range above permitted levels.

FAQ
1. Why there is no video output?
- Please make sure your USB-C source devices support video output
- Please check the connection is good.
- Please use standard HDMI cable.
2. Why can’t I extend to Multiple displays in MacOS?
Mac OS only supports extending to one display all further displays can only
mirror the first. For Windows, there is no limitation.
3. Why there is no audio output from HDMI port?
- Please make sure that there is audio output function on the monitor.
- Please set the external monitor as default audio output device.
4. Why don’t USB 3.2 Gen1 or card reader work on my mobile device?
Make sure your mobile USB-C supports OTG.
5. Sometimes Wi-Fi stops working while HDD is connected to the Hub, what
can be done?
2.4G networks are easily disturbed, Switch to 5G or adjust the placement of
yourHDD to reduce impact of disturbing frequencies.
6. What to do on Windows 10 systems if one display is not shown.
Right-click desktop > Graphics Settings > Select one or more active displays
7. What if the display stops working after connecting high-power devices
like HDD?
a. Please connect the power supply to provide enough power and reconnect
devices.
8. Why does the output not reach 8K 30Hz?
- Please make sure your monitor support 8K 30Hz.
- Please make sure the video source is 8K 30Hz.
- Please make sure to use a 2.0 or higher version video cable.
- Please make sure your computer specification support DP1.4 signal output.
9 Why there is no audio output from the HDMI port?
- Make sure the monitor has audio output capability.
- Set the external monitor as the default audio output device.
10 Sometimes Wi-Fi stops working while the HDD is connected to the Hub,
what can be done?
Switch to a 5G network or adjust the placement of the HDD to minimize
interference with Wi-Fi frequencies.
11 What to do on Windows 10 systems if one display is not shown?
Right-click on the desktop, go to Graphics Settings and select one or more
active displays.
12 What if the display stops working after connecting high-power devices
like HDD?
Connect a power supply to ensure sufficient power and then reconnect the
devices.
