Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t Bluetooth locate devices?

Go to Settings > System > Advanced> Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile, & Bluetooth on Android devices. For iOS and iPadOS devices, you’ll need to unpair every device first, then restart your phone or tablet by going to Settings > Bluetooth, selecting the info icon, and then selecting Forget This Device for each device.

How can my Bluetooth speaker be reset?

You should only need to do this briefly with most Bluetooth speakers. The power and Bluetooth buttons must be pressed and held simultaneously in order for almost every Bluetooth speaker to be reset.

How can I make a Bluetooth device link by force?

You must locate your speaker after selecting Bluetooth in the settings menu (there should be a list of devices you have connected previously). Hold down the Bluetooth key at the top until it starts up, and then turn it on if you want to connect.

Why is my Bluetooth speaker’s blue light flashing?

A strong connection may be indicated by a blue light that blinks continuously. The headphones may be in pairing mode if they have a slow blue light that pulses. Blinking red and blue lights are the most typical pairing mode light pattern.

Why won’t my Bluetooth speaker play despite being connected?

This frequently results from a broken or unreliable Bluetooth network. You must first unpair the device in order to fix this. Start the speaker again, and then re-pair it with the Bluetooth device. You will need to entirely remove the pairing data from your devices if the problem continues.

Does a factory reset remove all data?

Your data on the phone is deleted after a factory data reset. All apps and the data they contain will be uninstalled; however data stored in your Google Account can be restored. Make sure your data is in your Google Account so that you are prepared to recover it.

What happens if I reset every setting?

Personal data is unaffected, however all personalized settings are reset to their default positions, including: Sound settings overall (e.g., ringtones, notifications, etc.) Display preferences (e.g., brightness, font, wallpaper, etc.)

How can I restore my PIN to its default settings?

To select Recovery Mode, hit the power button after pressing the volume down button twice to highlight it. To enter recovery mode, hold down the power button while pressing the volume up button once. To access the Wipe data/Factory Reset option, use the volume buttons. Follow the instructions to do a factory reset.

Can you fix a Bluetooth speaker?

Installing software updates, replacing the battery, purchasing a new cable, repairing a fractured solder joint, replacing the charging port, and replacing the charging circuit are all necessary fixes for a Bluetooth speaker that won’t charge.

Why does my Bluetooth speaker keep shutting off by itself?

Turning Bluetooth on manually in your Android’s settings should prevent it from automatically turning on and off. It’s possible that you need to adjust your power saving settings if your Bluetooth connection is cutting out due to low battery.
