Product Function

*. Power button: Press any button on the remote control to activate it.
NOTE: The screen will be off after 1 minute without the remote control operating.

1. Screen: Screen will display icons of static shock, vibration, beep,Intensity, indication of battery ,flash light,lock and channel 1/3.

2. Intensity Up Button: Press the button, you can turn up the level of intensity of static shock, vibration and beep.

3. Intensity Down Button: Press the button, you can turn down the level of intensity of static shock, vibration and beep.

4. Lock Button: Lock and unlock.

5. Light Button: Three light modes: always on, slow flashing, fast flashing.

6. Beep Button: Press the button, the receiver will emit the sound “beeps”.

7. Channel 1/3 Button: Press the button, you can select the dog you want to control between the first dog and the other dogs.

8. Vibration Button: Press the button, the receiver will emit vibrate.

9. Static Shock Button: Press the button, the receiver will emit shock.

10. USB Charging Port: Insert charging cable into charging port to charge the remote control.

11. USB Charging Port & Rubber Lid: Insert charging cable into charging port to charge the receiver.

12. Conductor: It includes contact point and conductive silicone cover.
    Note: Conductive silicone cover also can conductive.

13. Receiver Power Button: Long Pressing the button, you can turn on or off the receiver.

Operation Steps:

1. Turn on the transmitter and receiver.
2. Press the the “power” button once again, the red light will light up and you will hear “Beep”
3. Press the ”Static Shock”button on the transmitter, and you will hear “Beep” again which means this product has been matched complete. Use the test bulb to test the shock. Note: The level of static shock can not be 0 during the test.
4. When the receiver does not work, it enters sleep mode after 2 minutes. Press any button on the remote control to reactivate it.

How to use two receivers at the same time:

1. Press the “Channel” button to select the channel 1 to be paired, then follow the “operation steps” to pair it.
2. Press the “Channel” button to select channel 2 to pair, then follow the “operation steps” to pair it.

HOW TO USE

Note: Please charge before using the product!(Limited charge current of Adapter need under 1A)

1. Charge the remote control:

1. Connect the charger cable to the charging port.
2. Plug the charger into a standard outlet.
   3)The icon of battery will flash.
3. Charge the remote control for about one hour for the first charge or until the icon of battery stops flashing.

2. Charge the collar receiver:

1. Connect the charger cable to the charging port.
2. Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
3. The red light will flash on the receiver
4. Charge the receiver for about one hour for the first charge or until the red light of receiver goes off.

3. Connect remote control and receiver

1. Turn on the remote control,and press “Channel” button to choose channel 1 for pairing.
2. Press the power button on the receiver the RED light will show.
3. Push arbitrarily on the static shock or vibration or beep button, and then the receiver collar will emit a “shock ” or “vibration” or “beep”
   Note: The Green light will flash continuously, it sign that the pairing is successful.
4. If the pairing were not successful, please repeat the 3-5 steps.
5. To encode the second receiver, press the “Channel” button and select for the second receiver and follow the same procedure.

How to Choose the appropriate Level for Dogs?

Note: When using beep, vibration and static shock mode, please select the appropriate level according to the size of the dog.

About Products

1. When the transmitter does not work, the screen will be off in 1 minute. When the receiver does not work, it will be in sleeping mode in 2 minutes.
2. After the receiver enters the sleep mode, it can be waken up by pressing any key of the transmitter.
3. When the transmitter is locked, no response will be made by pressing any key.
4. There are 0-3 gears for sound, 0-16 gears for vibration, and 0-16 gears for electric shock (when the gear is 0, the receiver will not work).In light mode, it will turn off in 2 minutes when no operation. In light mode, When press it for the first time, it lights up. When press it for the second time, it flashes slowly. When press it for the third time, it flashes quickly. When press it for the fourth time, it will be off.
5. It will take 2 hours to fully charge the receiver, which can be used for about 10 days. It will take 2 hours to fully charge the transmitter, which can be used for 90 days.

General Training Tips

The following tips will show you how to get the best performance out of your Dog Training Collar.

1. Training one dog each time is recommended.
2. During the first initial training sessions, keep the dog in a familiar outdoor environment. Training in a place that the dog is not familiar with may make the dog become distracted.
3. For basic obedience training, vibration is more useful.
4. During the training, look for any positive behavioral changes in the dog and do not forget to encourage in time.
5. When you put on the collar, be careful not to tighten it too tightly around your neck, but make sure it is still tight enough. For optimal function, it is essential to check that the conductor are in contact with your dog’s skin. If your dog has long hair, you will probably need to trim his hair slightly so that the contact area is well adhered to the skin of your dog.
6. It is important to start your collar with the lowest level to avoid shocking your dog. You can start by putting the collar on your dog without turning it on so that he can get used to wearing it and that he understands that the collar is not there to disturb him.

Important Information

1. Place the collar on your dog at the beginning without starting to allow your dog to adapt.
2. Keep one finger between the dog’s neck and collar to avoid strangling the dog’s neck when running, moving or shaking.
3. Avoid wearing the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day. If possible, reposition the collar every 1 to 2 hours.
4. Never connect the dog rope to the collar, it will cause excessive pressure on the contact area.
5. Wash the neck area of your dog and the contact area of the collar weekly with a damp cloth.
6. Examine the contact area of dog daily, lest rash or sore appears. These cautions will help to keep your pet safe and comfortable.

Q1: How old does my pet have to be before using Training Collar?

A1: Your pet should be able to recognize basic obedience commands such as “Sit” or ”Stay” This product may be too large for pets under 10 pounds.

Q2: Why does the training collar not work?

A2: First make sure the transmitter is unlocked then adjust the appropriate level of Vibration, Static Shock and Beep based on your dog's characteristics such as character, type, age, weight, and so on.

A10: Training sessions should be kept positive and short, it is better for about 10-15 minutes each time.
