BEFORE USE

• Clean the pot before using it for the first time and then fill it with water. Boil and then turn it off.
• Empty the water and then wait for the device to cool down. Make sure you put the right amount of water.
• After boiling, there may be residue depending on the hardness of the water.

• Fill with water (max. 250ml).
• Place the pot on its base.
• Make sure that the pot with its base are on a flat, clean, dry and non-slip surface.
• When you turn on the switch, the indicator light will turn on and the water will start to heat up.
• When the water boils, turn off the switch.

MAKING COFFEE

1. You can make coffee for 3-4 people with this pot.
2. Put a sufficient amount of cold water in the brewer according to the number of cups (250 ml for 3 to 4 people, maximum).
3. Place it on its base and press the on/off switch.
4. Stir your coffee.
5. When the coffee starts to brew, turn off the device and pour some coffee into the cups.
6. Place back in the base leave for a while and once the coffee starts to boil again remove and pour into the cups.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Always unplug the pot and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.

1. Never immerse the pot, cord or base in water or bring them into contact with moisture.
2. Wipe with a damp cloth or mild cleaner.
3. Avoid the use of abrasives and chemical cleaners (liquid bleach, hydrochloric acid, etc.).

DISCALING

• To prolong the life of the device, it is recommended to use a solution of water and vinegar to clean it.
• Disconnect from the power outlet before cleaning.
• You can use descale cleaner or white vinegar.
• Descale cleaner: After boiling some water, add descale cleaner and stir. Leave for 2-3 minutes, drain and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• White vinegar: Fill the pot with white vinegar and leave for 1 hour. Then empty and rinse well with clean water.
• Citric acid: After boiling 200 ml of water, add 25 grams of citric acid and leave for 15 minutes. Then empty it and rinse it thoroughly with clean water. Repeat this process if necessary. Always add water when using citric acid. Do not clean without water

STORAGE

• If you do not intend to use the coffee pot for a long time, store it carefully.
• Make sure that you have unplugged the device and it is completely dry.
• Store in a cool and dry place.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not operate or place the device or parts in places of high humidity or where it may get wet.

WARNING:

• Do not submerge the appliance/cable/plug in water or any other liquid, to avoid electric shock.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• This appliance is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Never leave the device unattended {whether in use or not) in a place easily accessible by children.
• During operation, do not leave the device unattended.
• Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if there are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak. Disconnect the cord from the supply immediately.
• If the cord/plug becomes damaged, the appliance malfunctions or becomes damaged, do not use the appliance.
• Never leave the power cable hanging from sharp table edges/benches or touching hot surfaces.
• Never leave the power cable tangled during operation. Untangle it immediately.
• If the appliance or accessories become damaged please refer to a qualified technician.

1. The «JUMBO SA TRADING COMPANY” (head office: Moshato Attiki, 9 Cyprus & Hydra) (hereinafter “The Company”) makes every effort to ensure its products meet the standards of suitability and safety of domestic and Community legislation.
2. On the new appliances sold through the stores of the Company, is provided warranty period of two (2) years from the date of purchase of the product, resulting from the purchase document (receipt or invoice).
3. In case of manufacturing fault, found on inspection by the authorised department of the Company during the scheduled procedures, the product will be replaced with the same or with another of the same specifications or refunded.
4. In any case, the consumer has all the rights provided by the regulations in force and more specifically the regulations of sale agreements.
5. The above warranty does not cover damage caused by:
   a. In incorrect, inappropriate or contrary to the product instructions, installation, use, maintenance or storage of the product.
   b. Voltage power drop, or in conditions of incorrect operation or product exposure to inappropriate and unsuitable environmental conditions.
   c. In natural events, accidental or force majeure events, external influences and interventions of all kinds of the buyer or a third part and/ or non-specialized and authorized person.
