IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. Ifthis product is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be included.
- This product is intended to play audio via a 3.5 mm audio jack connector.
- This product is intended to be used in dry indoor areas only. No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the apparatus.
- The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquid shall be placed on the apparatus. Before connecting the product to the power supply, check that the power supply, voltage and current rating corresponds with the power supply details shown on the product rating label.
- This product is classified as protection class II. This means the product is equipped with reinforced or double insulation between the mains supply circuit and the output voltage or the casing. Therefore it does not require a safety connection to an electrical earth (ground). Regularly check the power plug and power cord for damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Long-term exposure to loud music or sounds may cause hearing loss. To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.
- This product should not be used near water.
WARNING
The mains plug s used as disconnect device, the disconnect device shal remain readily operable.
Connection
- Connect the product’s power piug to the appropriate power socket.
- Conneat the 3.5 mm audio jack connector to the audio output jack of your computer
Operation
- Turn the volume control knob in the clockwise direction to turn the product on. The LED lights up blue.
- Keep turning in the clockwise direction to increase the volume level.
- To turn off, turn the volume control knob all the way in the anti-clockwise direction. The LED goes off.
NOTICE
The volume can aiso be controlled via your computer volume settings. f the product does not play audio, ensure the audio output of your computer is not muted.
Using Headphones (not included)
- Conneat the 3.5 mm audio jack connector of your headphones to the product’s audio output jack.
- The volume can be controlled with the volume control knob.
NOTICE
After connecing the external headiphones the product is muted automatically.
Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING
Rik of electric shock! To prevent eleciric shock, unplug before cleaning
- To clean, wipe with a soft, sightly moist cioth
- Dry the product after cleaning
- Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensis to clean the product,
Polarized Plug (US version only)
- This appliance has a polarized pug (one blade is wider than the other) “To reduce the fisk of electric shock, this plug wil it outit only one way. Ifthe plug does not it fully in the outie, reverse the plug. I it st does not f, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
