Yes. It comes with 4 nozzle attachments with which you can pump up many other inflatables conveniently. -
Can I use the unit to charge my iPad, iPhone, and other electronic devices?
Yes. The two USB ports can charge any 5V devices such as smartphones, tablets, etc.You can use two USB ports at the same time. -
Why doesn’t the unit turn on when I press the “ON” button?
If you haven’t used the device for more than 3 months, it is recommended to charge the device before using it again. -
How do I turn off the unit?
The unit will automatically shut off 2.5 minutes after it stops running. You don’t need to manually turn it off. -
Can I charge devices with the USB ports while the unit is charging?
No. Using the USB ports while the unit is charging may cause damage. If you need to charge a device in an emergency, the unit doesn’t need to be at 100% power. You can temporarily pause charging the unit to charge a device using the USB ports. -
Why doesn’t the jumper start my car?
Please ensure that the unit is charged to at least 50%. If not, recharge it and try again. In cold temperatures, you may need to try multiple times. However, please note that jump-starting more than 5 times continuously may damage the product. Additionally, please be aware that the jump pack is only compatible with 12V batteries. If you still can’t start your car, please check if the vehicle’s starter or other parts are malfunctioning. -
Is the unit airline approved? Can I take it on a commercial flight?
You may be able to take it on some flights. Please check with your airline for specific regulations. -
Why does the power display rise or fall rapidly? For example, it jumps from 100% and drops to 75%.
The item uses a 5-segment display to mark the power level. It will show 25% (flashing), 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% according to its actual power. When the charge is between 75% and 100%, it displays 100%. However, when the charge is between 50% and 75%, it shows 75%. For example, if the charge is at 76%, it will display 100%. After using it for a short while, the actual power may drop to 74%, and the display will then show 75%. -
Why can’t I recharge the unit?
First, please note that if you recharge the unit properly, “IN” will flash on the power screen. If not, it means the unit or the charger adapter is malfunctioning. We suggest you use another AC adapter or a car charger to exclude other factors. -
Can the item jump-start or inflate a large truck or a heavy vehicle?
No. The unit works on cars only. The air compressor will stop running when it encounters air pressures required to inflate larger vehicle tires. If you need a jump starter or inflator for a truck or heavy vehicle, please contact us for a return or an exchange. -
When I connect the air compressor to the tire valve stem and turn it on, why doesn’t anything happen?
The current tire pressure may already be higher than or equal to the default pressure setting. For instance, if the tire’s current pressure is 40PSI, but the air compressor is set for35PSI, it won’t start inflating. -
What are the best temperatures for storage?
Under normal conditions, you can store our products at a minimum of -40°F and a maximum of 140°F. -
Can I charge the device using a 12V DC cigarette lighter when the product is out of power?
Yes, the product supports charging through an external power source, including a 12V DC cigarette lighter or other external AC power. However, please note that inflation cannot be performed while the device is being charged. -
Why does the unit stop automatically during inflation?
1. The size of your tires exceed the unit’s pumping range;
2. To preventoverheating, the Over-Temperature Control automatically shuts the unit off when itgets too hot. When the device cools down, it will restart and run until it has reached the presettire pressure.
- I understand that the unit will turn itself on and off because of its overheating protection, but I want it to run longer. What should I do?
If you want the unit to run for a longer duration, you can flip the switch to turn it off after it stops automatically. Wait for at least 10 minutes to allow the unit to cool down before manually restarting it. By doing so, the unit will continue to run for a longer period of time.
