FAQs
- Q: Can I use the unit to jumpstart my yacht, mower, or other battery-equipped items?
- A: Yes. As long as your item is 12V battery-equipped, the unit can jumpstart it.
- Q: Can I use the unit to pump other inflatables, such as a kayak, air mattress, toys, etc.?
- A: Yes. It comes with 4 nozzle attachments with which you can pump up many other inflatables conveniently.
- Q: Can I use the unit to charge my iPad, iPhone, and other electronic devices?
- A: Yes. The two USB ports can charge any 5V device such as smartphones, tablets, etc. You can use two USB ports at the same time.
- Q: Why doesn’t the unit turn on when I press the “ON” button?
- A: It might have run out of power. Please recharge it with the included NC charger or car charger. We suggest you charge the item fully every 3 months if you haven’t used it.
- Q: How do I turn off the unit?
- A: It will shut off automatically 2.5 minutes after it stops running. You don’t need to turn it off yourself.
- Q: Can I charge devices with the USB ports while the unit is charging?
- A: No. Using the USB port while the unit is charging may damage it. If you need to charge a device in an emergency, the unit doesn’t need to be charged at 100%. You can temporarily stop charging the unit in order to charge a device with a USB port.
- Q: Why doesn’t the jumper start my car?
- A: Please make sure the unit has a charge of 50% or more. If not, recharge it and try again. In cold temperatures, you may need to try several times, but please note that jumpstarting more than 5 times continuously may damage the product. It’s compatible only with 12V batteries. If you still can’t start your car, please check if the vehicle’s starter or other parts are malfunctioning
- Q: Is the unit airline approved? Can I take it on a commercial flight?
- A: You can take it on some flights. Please check with your airline.
- Q: Why does the power display rise or fall rapidly? For example, it jumps from 100% and drops to 75%.
- A: The item uses a 5-segment display to mark the power level. which means it will show only 25%(flashing), 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%, according to its actual power. When it’s between 75% and 100%, it displays 100%, but between 50%-75% it shows 75%. For example, if the charge is 76%, it displays 100%. After being used for a short while, the actual power drops to 74%. Then the display will show 75%.
- Q: Why can’t I recharge the unit?
- A: First, please note that if you recharge the unit properly, “IN” will flash on the power screen. If not, it means the unit or the charger adapter is malfunctioning. We suggest you use another AC adapter or a car charger to exclude other factors.
- Q: Will the air compressor still work if its battery is running out of power and you recharge it with a 12V DC car charger?
- A: This model supports connections to a 12V DC car charger even when the unit is losing power.
- Q: When I connect the air compressor to the tire valve stem and turn it on, why doesn’t anything happen?
- A: The current tire pressure may be higher than or equal to the default pressure setting. For instance, if the tire’s current pressure is 40PSI, but the air compressor is set for 35PSI , it won’t start.
- Q: What are the best temperatures for storage?
- A: Under normal conditions, you can store our products at a minimum of -40 degrees and a maximum of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Q: Can the item inflate a large truck or a heavy vehicle?
- A: No. The unit works on cars only. Please check the tire label. The unit can inflate tires at less than 275 wide/R20 wheel diameter at any aspect ratio.
- Q: Why does the unit stop automatically during inflation?
- A: 1) The size of your tires exceeds the unit’s pumping range; 2)To prevent overheating, the Over-Temperature Control automatically shuts the unit off when it gets too hot. After a few minutes, it will restart and run until it has reached the preset tire pressure.
- Q: I understand that the unit will turn itself on and off because of its overheating protection, but I want it to run longer. What should I do?
- A: You can flip the switch to turn it off after the unit stops automatically. Wait 10 minutes or more to cool the unit down before restarting manually, and the unit will continue to run for a longer time.

We are ready to help
Where does the innovation of our jump starters come from?
Our jump starters were born out of a personal experience over 20 years ago when our founder, Yolanda, found herself stranded with a dead car battery. This inspired us to create a compact and easy-to-use jump starter that can handle all safety issues. Our R&D team equipped the jump starter with lithium- ionbatteries, making it small enough to hold in one hand. It comes with built- in features like an air compressor and 3-mode flashlights, allowing it to inflate tires and sendSOS signals in the dark. Subsequently, our products have gained recognition as the best compact jump starters, chosen by over 500,000 users. Now, we’re expanding our product range to offer even greater safety, longer standby time, larger screens, faster charging, and an improved user experience. It all started with the original belief in keeping every driver safe on their journeys.
