Product Usage Instructions
Connecting :
Scenario 1:
- Connect USB-C 1 and USB-C 2 to two PC/laptop/tablet devices respectively.
- Connect USB-C to an external monitor or projector.
- Connect USB-C 3 to a USB power supply.
Scenario 2:
- Connect USB-C to a PC/laptop/tablet device.
- Connect USB-C 1 and USB-C 2 to external peripherals and USB gadgets.
- Connect USB-C 3 to a USB power supply.
Scenario 3 and 4:
- Connect an HDMI or DP adapter to the USB-C cable.
- Export graphics to an external monitor or projector using their respective inputs.
FAQ and Troubleshooting:
I have connected properly but there is no graphics on the display
- Connect your computer device directly to the display with another cable to check functionality.
- Check the video output setting on your devices.
- Ensure the connected monitor or projector supports USB-C graphics.
The connection is working, but transfer speed is significantly slower
- Use this product as the sole connection between devices.
- Reboot the computer after significant graphics setting changes.

Connecting
- USB-C 1 and USB-C 2 are connected to two PC/laptop/tablet devices respectively. USB-C is connected to an external monitor or projector. With this configuration, the external display can show graphics from either device with just one click of the button. USB-C 3 has to be connected to a USB power supply

FAQ and Troubleshooting

cannot select between devices by clicking the button
- Please make sure power is supplied to the switch through USB-C DC 5V, the blue indicator light will turn on at the button if it is properly powered.
- If the blue light is on meaning power supply is connected, please inspect all other USB connections to make sure they are fully plugged in.
- Click on the switch button again and make sure it is fully depressed. It might take more power when it is new. If the issue remains, please contact our customer service.

I have connected properly but there is no graphics on the display
- Please connect your computer device directly to the display with another cable to see if it is working normally. If not, inspect both devices.
- check the video output setting. Some displays might not be able to show graphics output that exceeds its highest setting. C.Make sure the connected monitor or projector supports USB-C graphics.

The connection is working, but transfer speed is significantly slower
- Please make sure to use this product as the sole connection between devices. Mixing other cable or hub products with lower standards will slow down the speed.
- You are advised to reboot the computer after a significant graphics setting change. Not doing so might slow down the performance.

The connection is working, but PD fast-charging is not working

Make sure to connect the USB according to the instructions by using the correct connectors.

Make sure all the devices connected support PD fast charging.

Make sure the power supply provides enough power for PD fast charging.

If an extra cable is used, make sure it is fully PD rated.
