your ears to listen to ambient sounds. Long-term exposure to music at maximum
volume, in addition to temporary adaptation, can lead to a loss of the ability
to hear soft sounds or even can lead to permanent hearing damage.
Tips:
In order to get the best sound quality experience, it is recommended that the
distance between the headset and your ears be kept within 2 mm.

Bluetooth Receiver Installation Steps
- Uncover the top cloth on the main engine following the steps in the picture.
- Put the helmet upside down (to avoid scratching the helmet, please put a piece of cloth under it).
- Open the cover plate of the main engine box along the direction of the arrow in the picture.
- Take off the cover plate of the main engine.
- Take out the main engine from the component box.
- With the pin side down and the charging hole on the left, plug the main engine to the main engine box.
- Install the main engine properly so that the pins of the main engine are fully contacting the female jack in the main engine box.
- After installing the main engine, align the pin of the cover plate with the corresponding empty position in the main engine box and press it in.
- Complete the installation of the main engine cover plate.
- Open a gap on the left headset, insert the cover cloth into the gap and close it up.
Please follow the steps in the pictures to install the main engine: You must install following the direction of the main engine in step 6, or it may influence the use of the device.

Note:
The priority order of the functions during the use of the product is: “Phone
call> Intercom> Music playing> GPS> FM.
How to pair with 3rd party intercom headsets
In the power-off state, press and hold the multi-function button for 5 seconds to enter the pairing mode, and double-click the multi-function button to enter the 3rd party pairing mode. When the red and blue lights flash, press and hold the knob button then rotate the knob clockwise once to connect with a 3rd party branded headset.
Note:
The 3rd party branded headset needs to enter the Bluetooth pairing mode
according to its operation manual.

Charging and Maintenance
- Please fully charge the Bluetooth device before using it.
- To extend the service life of the built-in polymer battery, please charge the device at least once a month.
- If the red light is off during charging, it could be due to low voltage. It’s better to continue charging it for another 0.5 to 1 hour, then check again if the Bluetooth receiver is successfully charged. If it still fails to charge, please change the charger and try again.
- Please keep the product away from environments with extensive high (or low) temperatures, the best storage environmental temperature is between minus 40 to 60 degrees, or the service life of the product will be shortened.
- Stay away from fire.
- Stay away from sharp objects,or the product may be scratched or damaged.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the headset.
- If you do not use the headset for a long time, put it in a dry environment and charge it once a month to ensure its performance.
Tips and Troubleshooting
- Please try again to delete the pairing history in the headset, then restart the headset to enter the pairing state. It is possible that there are too many Bluetooth pairing records in the mobile phone. You need to delete the pairing records in the mobile phone, restart the phone and try to pair again.
- The two headsets can not be paired well: Delete the pairing history and restart to enter the pairing state, then try again.
- While listening to the music, if one of the headsets or the other intercom devices is mute,re-plug the earphones and microphone, and make sure the connection is good.
- In downstate: Plug in the charging wire to charge the main engine, and then the headset can be restarted.
- The sound quality turns poor during intercom could be caused by signal interruption. Please disconnect the intercom and try again.
- If the music is stuck or doesn’t play, there may be other applications hogging the audio channel in the background of the phone. Check if other applications are running in the background and close them.
