Product Usage Instructions
Assembly Instructions
- To extend the first legs, press the “Open 1st” button while supporting the legs with the other hand.
- Push down the leg brace until it is fully locked out. Verify that the top of the legs lock solidly against the body.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 to fold down the second pair of legs.
Adjustable Legs
On each leg, pull the cam lever to unlock the lower leg. Slide the lower leg
up and down to the desired height. Make sure the locking tooth is engaged with
a corresponding hole in the upper leg. Close the cam lever to lock it in
place.
Material Supports
Fold out the material support pegs to hold material for cutting or storage.
Clamp Splice Installation
According to the desired height demand, you can install the clamp splice by
following these steps:

Jobsite Table
Create a solid jobsite table with 2 sawhorses. Insert two wood crossbeams
into the lumber slots, spanning the sawhorses.
Sacrificial 8X8cm
A sacrificial 8X8cm can be screwed to the top of the sawhorse to prevent
cutting damage. Flip-down spacers in the slots allow crossbeams to stay level
with the sacrificial 8X8cm.

- Ensure the load placed on any sawhorse does not exceed the applicable Safe Working Load Rating. Overloading can lead t o failure of the sawhorse, potentially causing damage to the item( s) loaded on it,and possible severe personal injury or death.
- Never stack sawhorse ses to obtain extra height.
Caution : Do not apply weight in excess of 590 kg of uniformly distributed load on Sawhors e.Do not use as a step ladder or standing platform.

The maximum uniformly distributed load across the top rail of the sawhorse,

This means that the maximum weight that can be applied to this sawhorse,per
lineal foot,as is stated on the Retail Sticker and the instructions
.”Uniformly-Distributed Load” means when all the weight is distributed evenly
on the top rail.The amount of weight that can be applied to 2 identical
sawhorses is double this value.For example a pallet or skid weighting not more
than two times the Safe Working Load Rating can safely be carried by 2 of
these sawhorses.
