For indoor use only! Unplug before assembling and unplug when replacing the lamp bulb.
- Do not exceed the recommended wattage. Refer to the re-lamping label on the light socket for maximum wattage.
- Do not replace a bulb when electrical outlet switch is in the “ON” position.
- Do not immerse your lamp in water; doing so will damage the wire.
- Before you work on any electrical fixture, you must be aware of the hazards involved with electrical circuitry and be familiar with the standard codes and practices for preventing accidents and reducing the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury.
- Please make sure that the power outlet box in your home is properly grounded and directly supported by the building structure.
- Keep materials that burn easily away from lit bulbs.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other)
as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not
alter plug.

Assembly Instructions
- Carefully unpack and place all parts on a smooth surface and line up the parts as illustrated.
- Screw part B onto lamp base (A) and gently pull cord out of lamp base.
- Insert harp (C) into saddle of socket section of part B.
- Screw bulb (included) into lamp holder (B).
- Place shade (D) onto harp (C), tighten it with finial (E), and adjust the shade.
- Insert the plug into wall outlet, turn on switch and enjoy your new lamp.
Light bulb replacement
Use 100 watt or smaller type A bulb (not included) or use maximum 9 watt LED bulb (included).
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Do not use polishes or cleaners on your lamp. Unplug lamp, clean with a soft, dry cloth. Clean shade with soft dry cloth.
