Product Usage Instructions
Assembly
- Read the manual carefully before assembling the helicopter.
- Ensure you have all the necessary tools for assembly:
- Machine Adjustment Tool Set / HOT100000
- Electronic Pitch Gauge / HOT100019
- Ball Head Knife Set / HZ037
- Ball nose pliers / HZ085
- If any additional items are required, apply them as mentioned below:
- Bearing Glue (Additional) / K10291C – Apply a small amount to fix bearings.
- OIL (Additional) / HOT00009 – Add a small amount of oil.
- Screw Glue (Additional) / K10291A – Apply a small amount to fix screws.
- Grease (Additional) / HOT00006 – Add a small amount of grease.
- Use relative glue or grease when instructed to ensure flying safety.
- Apply a little amount of 271 thread lock when fixing a metal part.
- Check if screws are firmly secured and applied with glue if the product is already assembled by the factory.
Main Rotor Assembly
- Attach the Main Rotor Holder AK700 to the Spindle Bearing Spacer.
- Apply grease on the Thrust Bearing.
- Attach the Main Rotor Holder Arm AK700 to the Main Rotor Holder AK700.
- Use Socket Screw M3x6mm to secure the Main Rotor Holder Arm AK700.
- Inspect the Thrust Bearing and washer for replacement after every 20 flights or more frequently for high headspeed flights.
Feathering Shaft Assembly
- Install the T part and check for symmetry.
- Apply full rubber grease to the Damper Rubber.
- Attach the Damper Rubber to the Metal Main Rotor Housing.
- Use Socket Screw M6x12mm to secure the Damper Rubber.
- Inspect the feathering shaft and feathering shaft socket screws for replacement after every 20 flights or more frequently for high headspeed flights.
Control Arm Installation
- Apply a little amount of 271 thread lock when fixing a metal part.
- Choose the appropriate control arm length based on your expertise level:
- Expert Player (10%): Use 31mm (Orange)
- Amateur Player (90%): Use 32.5mm (Red)
- Use Socket Screw M3x10mm for installation.
- If required, install a 0.7mm thick spacer.
