PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

(1) Product Display:

Built-in two speakers,it can pffer three-dimensional sound.

(2) Installing the stand case

Step1: Place the holster as shown above, part “1”is magnetic, length is about 6.7 inch.
Note: Inside is the diamond texture.

Step2: Place the monitor as shown above, part “1”can be sticky.

Step3: Stick the Leather cases “1”part to monitor “1”part.

Step4: Fold 2 over 1.

Step5: Stand up the monitor and adjust the angle

(3) Ports/Buttons Functions:

1. Mini HDMI Port(2.0) : Receive audio/video signals.

2. Power Button :
   ① ON/OFF: When connected to a device, Long press for 3 seconds to turn off the monitor; long press for 3 seconds to turn on the monitor.
   ② RETURN/EXIT: Short press the button to exit the options you are in. (OSD menu/volume/ brightness)

3. USB Type-C Port 1：Power Charging Port: Support exterior power input and reverse charging to other devices. Compatible with PD2.0 power supply and Support 5-20V PD Charging

4. USB Type-C Port 2(3.1)：All-function port: Support exterior power input, audio and video transmission, as well as reversible insertion.

5. Rotary dial (OSD Menu):
   ① OSD Setup: Short Press the dial to enter OSD menu, roll the dial upwards/ downwards, you can switch between menu options; press the dial again, you can confirm the secondary menu options you want; press the dial for the third time, you can adjust the values of the secondary menu. Or you can short press the ON/OFF button to exit the option you choose.
   ② Brightness Adjustment: When NOT in the menu surface, roll the dial downwards once to access brightness , continue to roll upwards/downwards, you can adjust the brightness level.
   ③ Volume Adjustment: When NOT in the menu surface, roll the dial upwards once to access volume , continue to roll upwards/downwards, you can adjust the volume level.

6. 3.5 mm Audio Out Port: Connect to 3.5 mm-compatible external audio device such as earbuds, speaker.

CONNECT WITH DEVICES

Note:

1. Not all devices with Type-C ports can work with the monitor.
   Please check whether the Type-C port of your device supports audio and video signal transmission.

2. For All devices connection, we strongly suggest connecting the power supply first and then connect the HDMI/Type-C to ensure normal signal transmission.

(1) . Laptop (With Full Function Type-C)
[Make sure your laptop’s Type-C port is a full-featured one. ]

• Firstly, connect the monitor with the power adapter via the Type-C to Type-A cable. (Use DC-5V Port on the monitor)
• Contact the monitor with your laptop via the Type-C to Type-C cable.
  (Use Type C Port on the monitor)

(2). a. PC/Laptop (With HDMI )——Option 1

• Firstly, connect the monitor with the adapter first via the Type-C to Type-A cable.
• Then connect the monitor with your computer via the Mini HDMI (Monitor) to HDMI (computer) cable.
  Note: HDMI Port cannot be used for power charging.

b. (Only For laptop)——Option 2

• Firstly, connect the monitor with the adapter first via the Type-C to Type-A cable.
• Then connect the monitor with your laptop via the Mini HDMI (on monitor) to HDMI (on laptop) cable.

(3) . Cellphone (With Type-C Port)
[Make sure your phone’s Type-C port is a full-featured one. ]

• Firstly, connect the monitor with the adapter first via the Type-C to Type-A c able. (Use DC-5V Port on the monitor)
• Then contact the monitor with your phone via the Type-C to Type-C cable. (Use Type C Port on the monitor)
  For iPhone, you need to get a lightning to HDMI cable for connection.

Note:

1. When there is no external power supply, you can use the phone to power the monitor, but Power-saving Mode will automatically be activate, and brightness will be automatically adjusted to 30%. Then, if the output power of the mobile phone is less than the power required by the monitor due to brightness or volume increase, the device will automatically shut down.
2. When using an external power supply, the monitor will reverse to charge the cellphone.
3. To ensure the devices obtain sufficient current, please use a mobile power supply of at least 18W or above as the external power supply.

(4). Other Devices(XBox, PS3, PS4, Switch, Mini PC, etc.)

• Firstly, connect the monitor with the adapter first via the Type-C to Type-A cable.
• Then connect the monitor with your laptop via the Mini HDMI (on monitor) to HDMI (on laptop) cable.

INPUT SOURCE SELECTION
When multiple devices are connected to the display screen at the same time, please press different connection ports to switch the projection content of different devices. The specific method is as follows:

1. Short press【Power Button】to list this input source menu.
2. Scroll up/down【Rotary dial (OSD Menu)】to toggle between sources TYPE C / HDMI.
3. Press in【Rotary dial (OSD Menu)】to enter.

1. Press in【Rotary dial (OSD Menu)】to display the main menu, then scroll up/down【Rotary dial (OSD Menu)】to toggle between options — BRIGHTNESS/ IMAGE/ COLOR TEMP./ OSD SETTING/ RESET/ MISC..
2. Press in【Rotary dial (OSD Menu)】to enter the required operations.
3. Scroll up/down【Rotary dial (OSD Menu)】to adjust the value or options.
4. Short press【Power Button】to go back to the upper menu.

(2)Menu Introductions
Note:

1. According to different input signals, the available function maybe not the same.
2. Some items are disabled in gray when they are unavailable in a certain mode. Those items are enabled when corresponding modes activated.

DISPLAY MODE SETTING(FOR PC/LAPTOP)

1. Connect the monitor to the power adapter first.

2. Right-click your mouse on the computer, and select Screen Resolution (Windows 7/8) or Display Settings (Window s10).

3. Choose the display mode you need.
   Refer to the picture below:
   

4. You can also choose the display orientation you need: Choose “horizontal”, you will control the surface on your computer; Choose “vertical”, you will control the surface on your monitor.

► Duplicate Mode: Computer and monitor show the same surface
► Extend Display Mode: Computer and monitor can show different surfaces, you can operate with tasks on two screens independently. (eg. Deal with your work on the computer and play a video on the monitor)
► Single Display Mode: Display on only one screen on the computer/ or the monitor. [Under this mode, it’s a normal case that the monitor shows “No signal” if you choose to display only on your computer. And the monitor will also show “No signal” in you next time use, if you didn’t change back display mode to Duplicate or Extend Mode when you exit last time.

How to start a new task on your monitor under Extend Display Mode?

1. Drag the task which you want to deal with to the RIGHT edge of the computer’s screen with the Mouse. When it skips out of computer’s screen, the Mouse will show on the monitor. You can deal with the task on your monitor then.
2. Oppositely, if you need to move back to the computer with the Mouse, drag your Mouse to the LEFT edge of the monitor’s screen, it will shows on the computer’s screen.

Note:
You can only deal with ONE screen’s task with your Mouse at the same time, either the computer or the monitor.

COMMON ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS

1. (1). Screen Showing Nothing/Black
   • Press the ON/OF button to check whether the monitor is turned on.
   • Check whether the power cord is connected to the monitor properly.
   • Check whether your device is ON.
   • Check whether HDMI port are plugged properly and none of the pins are bent, if you’re connecting to a desktop.
   • Try testing the monitor on another available device.

2. Screen Shows” Power Saving Mode”/ “No Signal” :
   • Compatibility issue: Make sure your phone has a full-featured Type-C Port.
   Otherwise, it will shows a “No signal” on your monitor. (Most smartphones have Type-C ports, but not all of them support video output functions).
   • Loose Connection: Check whether there’s a loose connection of HDMI/Type-C data line or port. Firstly, you can try re-plug it.
   • Insufficient Power: Make sure your device can provide at least 5V/3A power to the monitor. Otherwise, power it with an external power source. Insufficient power may cause the screen to shut down.
   • Wrong Cable Connection: If you wrongly connect the monitor via the DC-5V Type-C port(Charging port) to connect with your device, screen will also shows “no signal”.
   • Wrong Display Mode Setting: If you had previously connected to a computer and exit with the display Only on your desktop, monitor will also shows “No signal” when you use it next time .Change your laptop display setting to Duplicate/Extend Display Mode then.

3. Screen Flickering:
   • Check whether USB cable is properly connected between monitor and device.
   • Insufficient power supply—the monitor will need an external power supply.
   • Move electric devices which might cause electric interference.
   • The screen refresh rate needs to be set to 60Hz in your computer.

4. Screen Image Colors Looks Abnormal:
   • Check the connected cable to ensure there are no bent pins.

5. Resolution Issues:
   When using Extended Display Mode, if the resolutions of monitor and your device are different, you need to adjust your computer’s resolution to make it consistent with the monitor. [Adjusting the monitor’s resolution will not work, it can only be corrected by adjusting on your device’s resolution]

6. Connect with iPhone: You need an extra lightning to HDMI cable to connect.

7. Connect with a Micro-USB Port Phone: It will need an extra adapter, which we DO NOT recommend, since the image quality will be worse than that of our listed Type-C phones.

8. When you turn on the monitor, the screen will stay at the mode you exit last time.

Warranty:
IF YOU STILL CANNOT SOLVE YOUR ISSUES PROPERLY WITH THE SOLUTIONS ABOVE, PLEASE MAY CONTACT US DIRECTLY.

1. within 7 days from the date of purchase, if any fault listed in the “microcomputer commodity performance fault table” occurs, the consumer can choose to return, replace or repair the commodity.
2. within 15 days from the date of purchase, consumers can choose to replace or repair goods under any fault condition listed in the microcomputer commodity performance fault table
3. within one year from the date of purchase, if there is any performance error happened with the item caused by none-deliberate damage, the consumer can Situations below are NOT within the scope of “Three Guarantees” (repair, replacement or compensation of defective products):
   • the validity period of “Three Guarantees” has been exceeded.
   • failed to provide valid “Three Guarantees” vouchers and invoices.
   • the invoice content has been changed or does not match the actual identification of the product.
   • the screen has 3 or less bad spots, 3 or less bright spots, 5 or less bad spots and the total number of bright spots.
   • damage caused by failure to use, maintain and repair the product in accordance with the requirements of the product instruction manual (man-made damage) or damage caused by disassembly by non professional maintenance personnel (unauthorized disassembly and maintenance).
   • goods sold outside the Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
   • In order to protect your legal rights and avoid unnecessary losses, please choose paid service to remedy the display failure or damage caused by the following reasons, but it is not within the scope of warranty:
   • beyond the warranty period.
   • there are scratches, bumps, deformation and sagging on the LCD panel.
   • the product has been removed or repaired by an unauthorized service center or personnel.
   • damage caused by accident or human factors and external forces (including mis-operation, handling, collision, input of inappropriate voltage, etc.)
   • damage caused by the use of non-standard or unpublished software or non- standard related computer components (such as graphics cards).
   • damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (such as earthquake, fire, flood, etc.)
   For services beyond the scope of the free warranty, we will charge a fee. (charging standard = technical service fee + replacement part fee). The company reserves the right to interpret and / or modify all the above provisions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the provisions on liability for repair, replacement and refund of microcomputer commodities shall prevail. Be free to contact us if you need any assistance.

SAFETY INFORMATION

• To prevent fire or electric shock, do not expose the equipment to rain or moisture.
• Before using this equipment, make sure that all cables are properly connected and the power cord is not damaged. If there is any damage, please contact us immediately.
• Please use the adapter that comes with the package, if you use other charging cable that is not provided by us, make sure it meet the standards of your state.
• Please use power supply at least 5V/3A or above.
• Avoid dust, humidity, temperature extremes and bumpy places.
• DO NOT drop, click or throw objects / toys onto the screen. It may cause personal injury, product damage and screen damage.
• DO NOT try to open the rear case of the monitor, there’s no repairable parts inside of the machine for customers. Please may directly contact us if you meet with any issue.
• Do not put any objects or any liquids into the device connector.

To avoid personal injury, observe the following precautions:

• Do not place the monitor on a tilted table unless safety measures are taken.
• Please let kids under adult supervision for using.

To prevent fire and other injuries, observe the following precautions:

• When you leave the room for an extended period of time, turn off the power of the monitor.
• Do not allow children to insert or throw objects inside the monitor.
• Do not install accessories that are not specifically designed for the monitor.
• When you do not use the monitor for a long time, disconnect the power cord.
• Do not touch the power and signal cables when there is lightning, as this may result in electric shock.
• Do not squeeze or twist the power cord.
• Do not place the monitor in a place where the power cord can be easily damaged.

Other:

• Do not rub the screen panel with hard objects, as this will scratch or permanently damage the LCD.
• Do not press the LCD screen with your finger for a long time, otherwise it will produce afterglow and damage the screen in severe cases.
• Bad dots of red, green and blue pixels may appear on the screen, but the display function is not affected.
• If possible, use the recommended image resolution for best results. If any mode other than the recommended image resolution is used, abnormal images may appear. However, this is characteristic of LCD panels with fixed image resolution.
• Images left on the screen for too long may damage the screen and produce a residual image. Be sure to use a screen saver. Residual images and related issues are not covered by the warranty.
• If you encounter any technical problems during use, please contact a technical service professional or distributor.
