How to Keep Your Child Safe While Using this Product

Do not exceed 40 lbs. / 18 kg. on the potty seat and trainer.
Do not exceed 200 lbs. / 90 kg. on the step stool.
This product is for use by children ages 18 months and up.
Never leave child unattended while using this potty seat.
Do not use as a car seat, booster seat, or any other function.
FALL HAZARD:
– When using the potty seat on adult toilets, adult super vision is required.
– Do not lift product while child is on it.
– Do not use potty seat on cushioned toilet seats; potty seat may not secure properly or potty seat could damage toilet seat.
– Do not use potty chair seat as a step stool. Follow instructions to properly use the step stool.
– Always use potty seat on a level surface.

HOW TO USE POTTY TRAINER AND STEP STOOL

To separate potty trainer from step stool:
• Remove waste tub from potty chair
• Pull up on the trainer to separate
Remove splash guard from waste tub and slide onto trainer.
For potty training boys ﬂip the splash guard inward.
For potty training girls fold the splash guard outward.
Flip step stool over so Contours logo is facing up.

HOW TO FIT TRAINER TO YOUR TOILET

Identify if you have an elongated or round toilet bowl.
Flip trainer over and ﬁnd the two rotating ﬁt tabs.
Elongated Toilet
For most elongated toilets, adjust the trainer tabs to have the arrows align as in the picture to ﬁt an elongated toilet. Rotate tabs until a click is heard.Round Toilet
For most round toilets, adjust the trainer tabs to have the arrows align as in the picture to ﬁt an round toilet. Rotate tabs until a click is heard.
Place the trainer on the adult toilet seat ensuring that the tabs ﬁt inside the hole in the seat. If the tabs don’t ﬁt, you may need to readjust the tabs to ﬁt your speciﬁc toilet seat. Make sure the trainer is level on the toilet seat and ﬁts securely without tipping.
CAUTION: If trainer does not ﬁt securely on toilet seat, DO NOT USE.
Place step stool at base of toilet for easy access.

HOW TO REMOVE THE TRAINER

Flex the tabs and pull up on the trainer to remove from the adult toilet seat.

HOW TO REASSEMBLE YOUR POTTY SEAT

Flip step-stool so that the underside is facing up and set so the indented area is facing forward.
Align logo on the potty trainer with the indented area of the step stool and insert 4 potty trainer tabs into holes on base of step stool.
NOTE: If having trouble assembling potty seat, rotate the ﬁt tabs to a locked position.
Place waste tub inside the seat with the easy remove handle facing forward.
Slide splash guard onto waste tub.

CARE & MAINTENANCE –

Remove the waste tub by lifting upward on the front lip and empty contents into an adult toilet.
Clean waste tub with soap and water.
Remove the trainer by lifting upward and clean with soap and water as needed.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Contours ® warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, as follows: For a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, Contours will repair or replace, at its option, the defective product. If you have a problem or are not satisﬁed with this product, please contact the Consumer Service Department at Contours.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER.
CONTOURS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
