PRECAUTIONS
- It is completely safe and normal that the speaker gets hot while playing or charging.
- Please turn off the speaker and disconnect it from all audio devices before cleaning. Do not use alcohol, benzene or other chemicals to clean the speaker. You should only wipe off the speaker with a dry or hard twisted cloth.
- Do not throw the speaker or step on it. Make sure to place it on a stable surface when in use.
- Do not place the speaker close to extremely cold or hot objects. This may damage the speaker.
- Please use the original accessories provided by us.
- Do not disassemble the speaker without authorization.
- Keep the speaker away from water.

FUNCTIONS

Charging aFUNK
Please fully charge the speaker for about 7-8 hours before using it the first time. The indicator light is red when charging, and it will turn to green after the speaker is fully charged. Use the original charging cable to connect aFUNK to the power adapter (DC 5V/1A) for charging. -
Power On/Off
Long press the power button until the blue indicator light flashes.
Now release the button, and the speaker will turn on with a prompt tone. -
Bluetooth pairing
After having turned on the speaker, the blue indicator light keeps flashing quickly. Now, open your device’s Bluetooth function, search for and choose “aFUNK”. After successfully paring, you will hear the ”di-di” prompt tone. Now you can play music from your device on aFUNK . -
Automatic connection
After having paired the speaker with your phone, tablet or other Bluetooth devices once, the speaker will automatically pair your device(s) again. -
After a successfully pairing, the blue light flashes slowly, and you can play music or video via the speaker, and you can check the battery level on your phone.

When you are playing music via Bluetooth, short press + for next track, long press + to increase the volume.

When you are playing music via Bluetooth, short press – for the previous track, long press – to decrease the volume.

When the speaker is connected with an iOS device the volume control is synchronized.

After a successful pairing short press ▶Ⅱ to play and pause.

Answer/reject/finish calls If you receive a phone call while connected to the speaker short press the ▶Ⅱ button to answer the call through the speaker. Press the ▶Ⅱ button for 2 seconds to reject the call. If you want to finish an answered call, short press the ▶Ⅱ button to end it.
Redial: Double press the ▶Ⅱ button, and your phone will redial the last dialled number. -
Automatic power off
The speaker will turn off after 10 minutes to save battery power in the following situations:
• The speaker is not connected correctly to a device
• The device is out of transmission range
• The Bluetooth is turned off on your device(s) -
Pair with another device
• Method A: Turn off device A’s Bluetooth function. You will hear the ”di-di” prompt tone and the blue Indicator light will turn to flash quickly. Then device B can search for aFUNK and choose it to make a new pairing.
• Method B: Long press the play/pause button for 3 seconds until you hear the ”di – di” prompt tone. The blue indicator light will turn to flash quickly. This means that the device B can search for aFUNK and choose it to make a new pairing. -
Clear paired information The speaker can remember up to 8 device’s pairing information, if you need to clear these information, turn on the speaker, and long press the play / pause button for 6 seconds until you hear the ”di-di” prompt tone and the pairing information list is cleared.

TWS connection
(True Wireless Stereo)
Turn on the two aFUNK speakers. Do not pair them with your phone. First long press ” △ ” button on each speaker to set them into the TWS paring mode, and the blue indicator flashes twice with ”di-di” prompt tone after successful paring. Now open the Bluetooth on your phone or other device to connect one of the aFUNK to play music.
TROUBLESHOOTING

aFUNK appears on the phone’s Bluetooth device list but fails to connect.
Reason A:
The speaker is not in pairing mode.
Solution: Long press the ▶Ⅱ button for about 3 seconds to set it to pairing mode. When the blue indicator light flashes fast choose ‘aFUNK’ to pair.
Reason B:
The speaker’s paired information has been cleared.
Solution: Delete aFUNK from your phone. Then search for the aFUNK and choose to pair again. -
Your smartphone could not search for the aFUNK
Reason: The speaker is not in pairing mode.
Solution: Long press the ▶Ⅱ button for about 3 seconds to set it into paring mode. When the blue indicator light flashes, choose “aFUNK” to pair. -
The charging time is too long
Reason: The adapter’s power output is too low, and the charging cable’s consumption is too high.
Solution: Please choose an adapter with an output not less than DC 5V/1A and use the original charging cable
