Installation Instructions

Installation requirements
The sensitivity of infrared detection is the highest when the curtain moves horizontally relative to the detection window of the device. It is recommended that the direction of the detection window be installed perpendicular to the walking direction of the human body, as shown in the figure:

1. The infrared detection sensitivity is the highest when it moves horizontally relative to the detection window of the device, and the sensitivity is the worst when it moves vertically, so you should choose a suitable installation position when installing.
2. The equipment should not be installed in places where the foundation is not firm, and the equipment should not shake after installation.
3. Because the equipment is sensitive to air convection and temperature, the installation location should avoid close to cold and heat sources and places with large air convection: such as vents, air conditioners, electric heaters
4. The equipment should be able to look directly into the protected area, and there should be no obstacles to avoid detecting blind spots.

Installation Steps
1.Remove the battery cover as shown below, and remove the battery isolation sheet

APP instructions

UIOT smart home APP remote control

1. Install UIOT smart home APP
   Scan the qr code with your mobile phone to download the “UIOT smart home” APP, or search for “UIOT smart home” in the APP market to download and install.

2. Add equipment
   Premise: acquire UIOT intelligent server, power on and network;Power on the device to be added.
   Step 1: open and log into the UIOT “smart home” APP.
   Step 2: enter “my” – “equipment management” – “+”, find and click “Infrared Appliance “, according to the APP prompt, insert the card pin into the mesh hole for 3 seconds and release.
   Step 3: after setting the device name and room, complete the addition.

3. APP use
   With the “UIOT Smart Home” APP, you can:

• 1. View the information of the infrared device bound to the current device, and delete the bound infrared device.

• Click the “+” button on the device control interface to select the type of infrared device to be bound (up to 3 infrared devices)For example: add a matching infrared air conditioner according to the prompt, and after the addition is complete, you can directly control the air conditioner remotely;

• If a matching infrared air conditioner is added, it cannot be directly controlled after the addition, and the function keys need to be learned
  After that, the air conditioner can be controlled remotely

• The added infrared air-conditioning equipment can be added and configured in the scene, linkage and timing to realize automatic control equipment.

Delete the device
