Before Installation
CAUTION
When the air panel is unpacked, place it on insulation material etc. to
protect sealing insulation from scratches.
Factory-Supplied Accessories
Check to ensure that the following accessories are packed with the air panel.

Installation
2.1 Location of Suspension Bracket
Check to ensure that the suspension brackets of the indoor unit are located
approximately 4.33in higher than the false ceiling. Refer to the indoor unit
manual for details.
2.2 Removing Air Intake Grille from Air Panel
Step 1
Open the air intake grille to an angle of approximately 45° from the surface
of the air panel as shown in Fig.2.1.
NOTE
Do not touch the air louver during installation work.
Do not try to remove the grille while it is at an angle of 90° from the
surface of the air panel.
Step 2
Lift the grille keeping it inclined, and remove it forward.
2.3 Installing Air Panel
Step 1
Remove the corner plate.
Pull part CD in the direction of arrow shown in the figure below to remove the
corner plate.
Step 2
Set the position indicated as “Ref. Pipe” on panel to the refrigerant
connection portion of indoor unit.
Step 3
Mount the air panel onto the suspension leg of indoor unit by using the
factory-supplied fixing screws (M6 long screws). 
Step4
Make sure the dimension between bottom surface of indoor unit and false
ceiling is 1.18in. (See Fig2.4 ) 
CAUTION
- If the screws are tightened incorrectly, failure of units proper operation may occur.
- When there is still the gap even after tightening the long screws firmly enough, readjust the height of the indoor unit.
- Do not turn the air louver by hand.
The louver mechanism would be damaged.
NOTE
Without affecting the level of the indoor unit and the drainage pipe, the
height of the indoor unit body can be adjusted directly by using the wrench
from the corner hole of the panel even if the panel has been tightened. Please
note that excessive adjustment of body height may cause water leakage from
drain pan .
Step 5
Please reinstall the corner plate ( x 4) after the installation of panel.
- Please hang the binding tape at the inner side of the corner plate by the
panel grab as shown in the figure below. 2) Insert grab 1(X 2) outside corner
plate into the panel, and insert grab 2(X 1) inside corner plate into the
panel. Corner plate removal procedure upon completion of panel installation:
Pull corner plate 1 in the direction of arrow to remove it.
2.4 Wiring
Step 1
The panel is designed with the coupling shown in the figure below.
Tear off the adhesive tape fixing the coupling, lead it out and connect it to
the bode cooling as shown in the Fiqure below. 
Step 2
Install the air intake grille upon completion of wiring. Mount the strap hook
of part in panel hole during installation as described in Section 2.2. The air
intake grille can be installed in any of the 4 directions by rotating it.
Where several indoor units are installed simultaneously, the air intake
grille installation can be freely selected.
CAUTION
-
Be sure to turn off power before electrical wiring work.
If not, it may cause malfunction of auto-swing louver. -
Protect the wires or etc. from rats or other animals.
If not protected, rats may gnaw at unprotected parts and at the worst, a fire will occur.
Test Run
After indoor and outdoor runs, check the swing louvers.
Please press “swing” button when operate louvers by using remote controller,
details see remote controller manual.
