How to insert or replace batteries

  1. Turn the battery cap at the bottom of the handle to remove the battery holder located inside from the product.

  2. Place three alkaline AAA batteries into the battery holder as shown in the figure.
    When assembling batteries, make sure to connect the + and – terminals correctly; the terminal with a spring is the – terminal, and the terminal without a spring is the + terminal.

  3. After inserting the batteries, place the battery holder in the direction of the arrow and completely close the battery cap by turning it in the opposite direction.
    Caution : Risk of Fire or explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type.

Turning the product on/off

  • Press and hold BUTTON 2 to turn on the product. Once powered on, the product automatically enters BASIC MODE.
  • Press and hold BUTTON 2 to turn off the product.

Using BASIC MODE

  • To change the color of LED, press BUTTON 2.
  • To change the flashing speed of LED, press BUTTON O.
  • The flashing speed will be cycled among Slow > Medium > Fast > On (flashing off) Press and hold BUTTON O to switch to COLOR SHAKING MODE.

Using COLOR SHAKING MODE

  • While the product is powered on, press and hold BUTTON O to switch to COLOR SHAKING MODE. The LED color will change every time you shake the product.
  • Press and hold BUTTON C to switch back to BASIC MODE.

Using BLUETOOTH MODE

  • Turn on BLUETOOTH MODE on your mobile device, and press and hold BUTTONS 3).

  • The LED light will flash blue and the product will try to connect to the mobile device via Bluetooth.

  • When connected to Bluetooth, the LED light will change to the color you set in the app.

  • Press and hold BUTTON (3) to switch back to BASIC MODE.

  • Buttons are intended not work in BLUETOOTH MODE; it is not a product defect.

  • When connected via Bluetooth, the connection with the mobile device may be disconnected intermittently while in use.

  • This product supports only Bluetooth 4.2 or higher.

CONCERT MODE

  • To access CONCERT MODE, search “TXT Official Light Stick” on the App Store for iPhone users and Play Store for Android users.
  • Select CONCERT MODE in the app and choose a concert date.
  • Complete pairing by following the instructions from the app.
  • When successfully paired, the light stick will be turned off.
  • Once paired, you will automatically enter CONCERT MODE every time the light stick is turned on.
  • Buttons do not work in CONCERT MODE, and it is not a product defect.
  • Depending on the concert, pairing may not be available. Please refer to the guideline provided by your event host for details.
  • If pairing your mobile device with your light stick keeps failing, please contact the pairing booth at the concert venue.

GROUP SEARCH

  • To enable GROUP SEARCH, press BUTTON 3) while the product is turned on.
  • Your product and other products in your vicinity will flash green for two seconds.

LIGHT STICK TELESCOPHIC GRIP

  • To switch to CARRY MODE
  • Carefully push the bottom of the battery cap until it clicks into place.
  • To switch to USE MODE – Grab the bottom of the battery cap and carefully pull it until it clicks into place.

Disassembling and Assembling

  • Slightly lift the top of the decoration in the direction of the arrow to remove it as shown in Picture 1

  • Do the same for the right and left sides of the decoration.

  • Assembling the Light Decoration [Picture 2)

  • Insert the guide on the light decoration into the hole on the handle and connect the remaining hooks as shown in [Picture 2).

  • The guide must be inserted first to connect the other hooks.

Handling Precautions

  1. Avoid high temperature or humidity; store at room temperature.

  2. Do not allow the LED light to shine directly in the eyes from a close distance.

  3. Avoid dropping the product or applying excessive force or pressure as it may affect the LED color.

  4. Be careful not to swallow parts or put them in the mouth.

  5. Avoid applying excessive force or pressure or placing the product in contact with water as it may cause the product to malfunction.

  6. Stop using the product when damaged, and do not arbitrarily disassemble, repair or modify the product.

  7. When batteries die, put in new batteries. When not using the product for a long time, remove the batteries.

  8. Keep used batteries out of reach of children or dispose of them at a designated disposal site.

  9. Must use genuine AAA batteries and check the terminals when inserting them.
    Failure to do so may result in product damage or fire.

  10. The product may cause interference while in wireless operation.

How to check if Bluetooth is working on the light stick

  1. Install the mobile app for the light stick (search “TXT Official Light Stick” to download), run it, and select SELF MODE.
  2. Press BUTTON 3) for more than two seconds to check if the light flickers in blue.
  3. When the light flickers in blue, it means that the product has been successfully connected to the mobile app via Bluetooth.
  4. Check that the color of the product on the mobile app and the color of the actual product are matched, then press ‘OK’ or ‘CANCEL.’
  5. Select a color of your choice from the color palette on the mobile app and visually inspect if the product changes to the selected color.
  6. When the color of the product changes to the one you selected on the mobile app, this means that Bluetooth is working properly.
  7. If Bluetooth is disabled on the mobile app, the product connection may fail.
  8. If not working properly, close the mobile app, enable Bluetooth on your mobile device, and open the mobile app again.
  9. Repeat Steps 1 to 5 above after opening the mobile app to ensure that Bluetooth is working properly.

Warranty

  1. This product is manufactured under strict quality control.
  2. If the product malfunctions despite proper user handling, it will be repaired free of charge during the warranty period.
  3. Please present this warranty when requesting repairs.
  4. The warranty lasts for six months from the date of purchase.
  5. Repair for any damage caused by the customer’s negligence will be subject to charges, even under warranty. (The charge will include the shipping cost)
  6. Repair is only available when requested by the customer and communicated to our representative via email in advance.
  7. When sending email requesting repair, please attach the purchase receipt (the date of purchase must be shown) and provide us with the details of the malfunction or damage.
  8. Return the product to us only after your request is successfully submitted.
  9. The following defects are subject to replacement during the warranty period (six months).

Defects Warranted for Replacement

  • LED not working
  • Product malfunctions due to defective power button
  • Defects in the battery holder shipped with the product The cost of repairs not covered by the warranty will be charged to the user. (The charge will include the shipping cost)

Paid Repair

  • Period: Between 6 months and 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Damage to the product and its circuit board caused by the customer’s negligence
  • Damage caused by modification and incorrect assembly of the product
  • Damage to the circuit board due to the use of unauthorized battery
  • Damage to the circuit board due to the product being submerged in water with batteries connected.
  • This warranty free of charge does not cover malfunction caused by user’s negligence or misuse.
