Installation Steps:

Step 1 – Step 4:

1. Insert the extendable bar to the cross-bar.
2. Do not fix them by screws before finishing the whole frame assembly.
3. Install lift column to cross bar (finished in step 1) with 12 pcs of M6 x 12mm screws. (5mm Allen Key)
4. Connect the side brackets (left & right) and hooks to the lift column with 4 pcs M6x12 screws (5mm Allen Key)

Step 5 – Step 8:

5. Fasten desktop to the frame with 8 pcs M6x12 screws.(5mm Allen Key)
6. Holding sync rod with one hand, insert the shaft to the motorized lift column making sure the rod contacts the bumper on the motor shaft.
7. Loose and extend hex shaft and make it through sync rod transformer then insert it into the lift column fully. (without motor)
8. Tighten both knobs.
9. Adjust the extendable to the right position.
10. Fasten the cross-bar and extendable bar fully with 8 pcs M6x12 screws. (5mm Allen Key)

Step 9 – Step 12

9. Fasten the desktop to the frame fully by 4 pcs M6x12 screws. (5mm Allen Key)
10. Insert 8 pcs 3-in-1 screws into the desktop.
11. Connect each 2 pcs boards-3&4 to boards-2.
12. Fasten them by 8 pcs 3-in-1 nuts.(Screw Driver)
13. Install 2 pcs board-5 to each board-3&4.
14. Fasten them by 8 pcs long screws.(Screw Driver)
15. Install 2 pcs board-6 to each board-3&4.

INSTALLNATION STEPS

1. Insert the extendable bar to cross-bar.
   Do not fix them by screws before finished the whole frame assembly.

2. Install lift column to cross bar (finished in step 1) with 12 pcs of M6 x 12mm screws. (5mm Allen Key)

3. Connect the side brackets (left & right) and hooks to the lift column with 4 pcs M6x12 screws (5mm Allen Key)
4. 1. Install and fix 2 bases to lift columns with 8 pcs M6x16 screws.(5mm Allen Key)

5. Connect and fix the desk top board with 4 pcs wood pins.
   Fasten them by plastic plate and 12pcs M6×12 screws.(5mm Allen Key)

6. Fasten desktop to the frame with 8 pcs M6x12 screws.(5mm Allen Key)

11. Install 2 pcs board-5 to each board-3&4.
    Fasten them by 8 pcs long screws.(Screw Driver)

12. Install 2 pcs board-6 to each board-3&4.
    Fasten them by 8 pcs long screws.(Screw Driver)

13. Assembly right and left slider bracket plate to the slider bracket and fasten them with 10 pcs M5x5 screws.(Screw Driver)
14. Assembly anti-slip plate and 2 slinder bracket set to the keyboard tray board and fasten them with 8 pcs M4x12 screws.(5mm Allen Key)

15. Assembly keyboard tray set to the desktop and fasten them with 4 pcs M6x12 screws.(5mm Allen Key)
16. Overturn the desk and insert 8 pcs 3-in-1 screws to the board-2

17. Assembly each 2 pcs board-7&8 to the board -2 and fasten them with 8 pcs 3-in-1 nuts. (Screw Driver)
18. Insert 8 pcs 3-in-1 screws to stroage shelf board.
    Assembly stroage shelf board to board-7&8 and fasten them with 8 pcs 3-in-1 nuts. (Screw Driver)

19. Assembly drawer anti-slip board of the drawer
    Fasten them with 8 pcs long screws.

20. Install 4 set drawes.

21. Install the controller to the desktop with 2 pcs 4×12 screws.
    Install the AC adapter to the desktop with 2 pcs 4×12 screws.

22. Plug the cable from the motor to the controller
    Plug the cable from AC adapter to controller
    Plug the power cord to the AC adapter

23. Complete the installnation.

CONTROLLER INSTRUCTIONS

LIFT UP OR DROP DOWN

1.  When button is long pressed, the desk will move up and down until it is released or reaches the lowest/ highest point.
2. When short press the key, the desk will move a short distance accordingly.

POSITION MEMORY SETTINGS & OPERATION

3 POSITIONS MEMORY CAN BE STORED.

1. When moving to a specific position, press “S” until the digital “S-” flashes then press “1/ 2/ 3” button and current height is stored to the corresponding label successfully
2. Short press the”1 /2/ 3″ button the indicator display will show the height of the position memory
3. Long press or double press the”1 /2/ 3″ button and the desk will automatically move to the height accordingly During operation, any button can stop the operation.

ZERO POSITION RESET.
Long press “S” for 3 seconds and wait for the indicator display to show “—” then the desk will automatically move downwards and upwards. After the end, the desk will automatically move to a fixed position and the zero-position successfully reset.

FACTORY RESET
Press and hold “S” + “2” for 5 seconds. when the indicator display shows “CLr” it means that the setting is successfully.

LOCK & UNLOCK SETTING

• Lock: Press and hold “S” + “1” for 5 seconds. when the indicator display shows “L” it means that the setting is locked and cannot be lifted or lowered.
• Unlock: Press and hold “S” + “1” for 5 seconds. when the indicator display shows from “L ” to normal digital display, it means the setting has been unlocked.
  

TROUBLESHOOTING

E02| Motor overcurrent| Press the up or down button again, if it still exists, please replace the motor or reduce the load.

| Press the up or down button again, but if it still exists, please check the connection or replace the motor.
E04| Abnormal main power| It cannot be fixed after power failure, replace the power supply.
E05| Abnormal motor current|

It cannot be fixed after power failure, replace the power supply.

E08| Temperature warning| Wait for the temperature to cool down.
E09| Motor stall| Press the up or down button again, if it still exists, please replace the motor or reduce the load.
RST| Unexpected power down| Reduce the load or check if the power cable is loose.
