INSTRUCTIONS

ATTENTION

  • Indoor Use: For indoor use only.
  • Assembly Safety: Wear protective gloves when assembling.
  • Bolt Tightening: Do not fully tighten bolts until assembly is complete.
  • Floor Surface: Highly recommend assembling on carpeted floor to prevent scratches.
  • Lifting Precaution: Before lifting, ensure clear surroundings and free desk power cord movement during height adjustments.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Avoid spraying cleaning solutions on the desk; use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Keep electrical components dry, don’t open them, and don’t modify the provided plug.
    Turn off power before removing the adapter, and perform monthly checks to ensure proper desk function.

INSTALLATION STEPS

STEP 1—STEP 4

  1. Insert the extendable bar to cross-bar.
  2. Do not fix them by screws before finished the whole frame assembly.

Installation Steps

  1. Install lift column (one with motor) to cross bar (finished in step 1) with 12 pcs of M6 x 12mm screws. (5mm Allen Key)

  1. Install lift column (the one with motor) to cross bar (finished in step 1) with 12 pcs of M6 x 12mm screws. (5mm Allen Key)
  2. Holding sync rod with one hand, insert the shaft to the motorized lift column making sure the rod contacts the bumper on the motor shaft.
  3. Loose and extend hex shaft and make it through sync rod transformer then insert it into the lift column fully. (without motor)
  4. Tighten both knobs.

Installation Steps

  1. Fix sync rod transformer to crossbar with 2pcs M5x30 screws.(4mm Allen Key)

STEP 5—STEP 8

  1. Fix the connect plate to the cross-bar frame with 4 pieces M6x12 screws.(5mm Allen Key)

Installation Steps

  1. Insert side extendable bars into crossbars and fix them to the lift column with M6x12 screws.(5mm Allen Key)

Installation Steps

  1. Connect side frame (finished in step 4) to the main frame with 4 pcs M6x12 screws. (finished in step 5)(5mm Allen Key)

Installation Steps

  1. Connect the side brackets and hooks to the frame with 6 pcs M6x12 screws(5mm Allen Key)

STEP 9—STEP 12

  1. Fix the base to the frame with 12 pieces M6x16 screws.(5mm Allen Key)
  2. Insert sidesync rod connecter to the side lift column by hand.

Installation Steps

  1. Insert side short sync rod to sync rod connecter and sync rod transformer by hand.

Installation Steps

  1. Connect and fix the desk top board with 8 pcs wood pins.
  2. Fasten them by plastic plate and 24pcs M6×12 screws.(5mm Allen Key)

Installation Steps

  1. Install the desktop to the frame with 11 pieces M6x12 screws.(5mm Allen Key)

STEP 13—STEP 16

Fasten cross-bar and extendable bar with 12 pieces M6x12 screws.(Screw Driver)
Installation Steps

Lock short sync rod to sync rod transformer by 2.5mm Allen Key
Installation Steps

Fasten the desktop to the frame with 6 pcs 4.2×13 screws.(Screws Driver)
Installation Steps

  1. Connect 4/5/6-boards with 4 pcs wood pins.
  2. Insert 14 pcs 3-in-1 screws into the 4/5/6-boards.
    Installation Steps

STEP 17—STEP 20

  1. Insert 14 pieces 3-in-1 screws into the desktop
  2. Put 7 pcs 9-boards above the desktop then fasten them by 14 pcs 3-in-1 nuts

Installation Steps

  1. Put 4/5/6-boards onto 9-boards
  2. Fasten them by 14 pcs 3-in-1 nut

Installation Steps

  1. Connect 2 pcs 8 board with 2 pcs wood pin
  2. Fix board 7/8 to side boards with 7pcs long screws.(3mm Allen Key)

Installation Steps

Install 4 set draws.

STEP 21-23

  1. Install the controller to the desktop with 2 pcs 4×12 screws.
  2. Install the AC adapter to the desktop with 2 pcs 4×12 screws.

Installation Steps

  1. Plug the cable from the motor to the controller
  2. Plug the cable from AC adapter to controller
  3. Plug the power cord to the AC adapter

CONTROLLER INSTRUCTIONS

Controller Instructions

LIFT UP OR DROP DOWN

  1. When ” ▲ ” or ” ▼ “button is long pressed, the desk will move up and down until it is released or reaches the lowest/ highest point.
  2. When short press the ” ▲ ” or ” ▼ ” key, the desk will move a short distance accordingly.

POSITION MEMORY SETTINGS & OPERATION

POSITIONS MEMORY CAN BE STORED.

  1. When moving to a specific position, press “S” until the digital “S-” flashes then press “1/ 2/ 3” button and current height is stored to the corresponding label successfully
  2. Short press the”1 /2/ 3″ button the indicator display will show the height of the position memory
  3. Long press or double press the”1 /2/ 3″ button and the desk will automatically move to the height accordingly During operation, any button can stop the operation.

ZERO POSITION RESET.

Long press “S” for 3 seconds and wait for the indicator display to show “—” then the desk will automatically move downwards and upwards. After the end, the desk will automatically move to a fixed position and the zero-position successfully reset.

FACTORY RESET

Press and hold “S” + “2” for 5 seconds. when the indicator display shows “CLr” it means that the setting is successfully.

LOCK & UNLOCK SETTING

Lock: Press and hold “S” + “1” for 5 seconds. when the indicator display shows “L” it means that the setting is locked and cannot be lifted or lowered.
Unlock: Press and hold “S” + “1” for 5 seconds. when the indicator display shows from “L ” to normal digital display, it means the setting has been unlocked.

TROUBLESHOOTING

ERROR CODE DESCRIPTION SOLUTION
E01 Motor disconnect Press the up or down button again, if it still exists,

please recon- nect the motor
E02| Motor overcurrent| Press the up or down button again, if it still exists, please replace the motor or reduce the load.
E03| Motor Hall failure| Press the up or down button again, but if it still exists, please check the connection or replace the motor.
E04| Abnormal main power| It cannot be fixed after power failure, replace the power supply.
E05| Abnormal motor current| It cannot be fixed after power failure, replace the power supply.
E06| Motor power device is broken| Please contact customer service department for advice
E08| Temperature warning| Wait for the temperature to cool down.
E09| Motor stall| Press the up or down button again, if it still exists, please replace the motor or reduce the load.
RST| Unexpected power down| Reduce the load or check if the power cable is loose.
