Vega Jib Setup

Completely stretch and open the end section of Vega Jib, as shown in the image.

After opening the end section, loosen the bottom and side knobs of the Central Fork.

The end section is properly open, now.
Feature: Central Fork mechanism facilitates ultra-smooth pan-tilt movements while absorbing unwanted vibrations for cleaner shots.
Assembly Instructions
End Section Assembly

Mount the end section of the Vega Jib on the Jib Stand (Not Included).

After mounting the end section, tighten the knob while aligning the holes with each other.
-
Loosen and remove the top knob of the end section.
-
Loose and remove the Center knob of end section.
Middle Section Assembly

The central part has connecting bars attached at both the ends, slide the middle section into the slots of the end section.

After sliding the middle section into the slot of the end section, insert the locking knob in the threads present on top and bottom of the section.

Tighten the knobs to completely secure the section.
-
Now, loosen and remove the top knob of middle section.
Front Section Assembly

The front section has connecting bars attached at both ends, slide the front section into the slots of the middle section.

Tighten the locking knobs to secure the Jib sections.
Handle Assembly
-
To detach the handles from one another, loosen them by turning them in circular motion
Feature: The Camera Crane can be controlled and moved with the help of a handle.

Remove the washer from the handle.
-
Insert the handle into the hole at the end section of the Vega Jib, as shown in the image.

After inserting the handle, attach the handle to the jib from the other side.

Attach the handle with each other.
-
Mount the Quick Release Plate (Not Included) on the Camera mounting plate of the Vega Jib.
-
After mounting the Quick Release Plate (Not Included), insert the bolts from the bottom side of the Camera mounting plate.
-
Insert a 1/4″ bolt from the bottom of the extension Camera plate to secure the Quick Release Plate (Not Included) and tighten with the Allen key.

Unlock the lever lock of the quick release plate.
Camera Mounting Plate

Slide the Gimbal (Not Included) onto the Quick Release Plate and lock it using the locking lever.

Now, the Gimbal (Not Included) is completely secured, as shown in the image.

Insert the weight (Not Included) inside the weight Rod.
NOTE: Use the weights according to your camera weight set up requirements.

Monitor (Not Included) each frame by attaching a monitor to the Jib using the optional Universal Clamp with 13″articulating double arms and 3/8″-16 Threaded Stud.
