Assembly Instructions
Crate Contents:

Important: Some bags with parts in the box have a label that shows a letter and part number. Please do not remove the bag with each part before you reach the corresponding assembly step.
IMPORTANT
Option 1: The printer and accessory have not been assembled yet.
a) If you purchased the accessory kit with the printer, go to the assembly
instructions of the printer and assemble the legs.
b) Install the rear cross-tube as explained in steps 2, 3 and 4 in this
document.
c) After the rear cross-tube has been assembled and attached to the printer,
you can continue with step 18 of this file.
d) Make sure the stand has been assembled the same as in image 1
Option 2: The printer has already been assembled
a) Go to step 5 from this file and the printer should appear the same as in
image 2
Identify the left and right brackets and the rear cross
tube.| Insert diagonally the left and right brackets into the rear
cross-tube.
Fix them in place using four T25 screws each side.| Rotate the assembled stand
and place it on the table
with the wheels facing down.
Fix the rear cross-tube to the rear legs using two T25
screws each side.

Locate the screwdriver and the screws.| Remove the left rear cover.| Turn off the printer and unplug the cables.| Lock the wheels.
Unclip the basket tubes.| Remove the fabric on the printer at the back, then remove four T25 screws from the right side of the rear cross tube.| Remove the two T25 screws from the bracket on the right side of the printer.| Detach the rear cross tube from the right bracket.
Remove the fabric on the basket by sliding it off.| Attach the rear cross tube to the right bracket.| Fix the right bracket with two T25 screws.| Attach the four T25 screws to the rear cross tube.
Remove the bags from the four stacker support adaptors
(A).| Position the four stacker support adaptors (A) on the bottom cross beam;
insert and rotate them, then slide and push to install them one-by-one.
Note: All the stacker support adaptors are the same.| Make sure the four
stacker support adaptors (A) are correctly installed.| Fix the four stacker
supports adaptors (A) onto the bottom cross beam using four T25 screws.
Remove the left stacker adaptor (B) and the right stacker adaptor (C) from the
box.| Install the left stacker adaptor (B) onto the front left leg.
Fix it in place with three T25 screws.| Install ther right stacker adaptor (C)
onto the front right leg.
Fix it in place using three T25 screws.| Remove the stacker tray (D) from the
foams and remove the remaining packaging from inside stacker.
Important: Use the square finger grooves on the stacker to hold it. The black
pin should be facing downward.| Insert the stacker tray into the right and
left stacker adaptor (B and C).| Remove the orange tapes from both sides of
the stacker tray.
Open the cover and remove the remaining packaging from inside the stacker.|
Pull out the basket fabric from inside the stacker tray.
Open the velcro.
Attach the basket to the bottom cross beam with the velcro strap.| Remove the
Sheet Organizer (E) from the bag and slot the two stacker suppport adaptors
(A) at the right.
Note: For easy installation, please use the square finger grooves on the
stacker to change to dow nposition before installing the Sheet Organizer (E)|
Important: Make sure that the sheet organizer (E) also fits onto the
stacker adaptor pin as shown. Remove the packaging from inside the sheet
organizer (E).
Note: For more information about paper positions for A3/ A4 refer to the
User Guide.| Assemble the side blockers (F).
Slot the side blocker (F) into the unused stacker support adaptors on the
left.
Important: Make sure that the side blocker (F) fits with the sheet organizer
by lifting it slightly and pulling it until it clicks.| Clip the side blockers
into the sheet organizer.| Lift the stacker tray by the slots and insert the
bars into left and right stacker support adaptors.| The stacker is now
assembled and should look like this.
Note: For more information about stacker positions, refer to the User
Guide.
Break the trims from the output platen with the screwdriver provided (T15).| Remove the screws with the screwdriver provided (T15).| Remove the support.| Place the U-frame (G) onto the front of the printer.
Screw the U-frame (G) using two T20 Screws.
Note: Make sure the U-frame is as far up as it can be and screw it in
using two T20 screws.

assembly.
