 Installation

The installation location will directly depend on the type of vehicle in which the device will be installed and on the customer’s interest. Some vehicles have appropriate compartments to accommodate devices of this nature. The device must not be screwed directly onto the vehicle body. Preferably install it on a rubberized surface, thus preventing all the vibration generated inside the vehicle from being absorbed by the MVD. When using models with an SD card, care must be taken during installation. Although the recorder protects the storage unit by an anti-vibration system, we recommend using an SD card due to the recorders’ operating scenario.
