Installation

  3. If you have the E40 plug-in charger, ensure you have a 14-50 socket available for installation.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Poor Wi-Fi Connection
If you experience poor Wi-Fi connection or failure to connect, consider the following

  • Check for weak signal in the wireless network coverage area.
  • Ensure the installation environment has a stable Wi-Fi connection for remote control of the EV charger via phone.

Connecting the App with Poor Wi-Fi
If your Wi-Fi is poor, follow these steps to successfully connect the App and use the EV charger

  1. Turn on the hotspot of a third phone and enable Maximum Compatibility.
  2. Connect the EV Charger and the phone you want to bind to that hotspot.
  3. If the App is connected for the first time, it can control the EV Charger via Bluetooth in poor Wi-Fi conditions, but certain functions like charge logging and charging reservation may not be available.
  4. If there is no network and the App does not support connection, you can swipe the charging card to control the EV charger.
