Power On/Off

How to Connect The Bluetooth Transmitter

Step 1: Push up the power button to turn on the headset.The headset indicator light is blue and flashes for about 3 seconds, and then turns into red and green light flashing alternately.
Step 2: Plug the Bluetooth transmitter into the device.The indicator light of Bluetooth transmitter is blue and flashes for about 3 seconds, and then turns into red and blue light flashing alternately. You will hear the “Pairing” voice prompt, and the Bluetooth transmitter will automatically search and connect to the headset.
Step 3: After the connection is successful, the headset indicator light flashes blue every 30 seconds, and the indicator light of Bluetooth transmitter is solid blue. When there is a connection record, the Bluetooth transmitter will automatically reconnect to the headset after powering on.

Note:
If the device does not work normally after the connection is successful, please check whether the sound settings of the device are selected correctly. Operation Steps: Open the ‘sound settings’ of the device, find ‘Playback and Recording Devices’, and select ‘BTD-Q2’.

How to Connect Your Cellphone

Step 1: Push the power button up to the top, press and hold for 3 seconds, then release. The blue light flashes for 3 seconds, then the red and blue lights flash alternately. You will hear the “Pairing” voice prompt.

Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth of your cellphone, find “BH58” and click to connect. When you hear the ‘connected’ voice prompt, it means the connection is successful.
Note:
When there is a connection record, the headset will automatically connect to the cellphone after powering on. When both the headset and the transmitter have connection records, the transmitter will be connected first.

Headset :If you encounter connection problems during use, you can press and hold the volume + and MFB buttons at the same time for 6 seconds, the headset will re-enter the pairing mode, and you will hear the voice prompt of ‘dudu’.

Bluetooth Transmitter: If you encounter connection problems during use, please press and hold the button for 3 seconds in the power-on state. The Bluetooth transmitter will re-enter the pairing mode, and the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately at this time.

Charging Indications

  1. In charging: Red light stays on. Fully charged: Blue light stays on.
  2. Charging time: about 2 hours

Common Problems

  1. Low battery may cause disconnection, in order not to affect normal use, please charge the headset in time.

  2. If the headset fails to turn on, please try to charge it up first, and turn it on after fully charged.

  3. If the battery runs out or has not been used for a long time, there may be no signal lights at the beginning of charging, but the indicator will normally light up in red after a few minutes.

  4. No Sound from the headset:
    ——Make sure the headset connects to the electronic device successfully.
    ——Make sure the effective distance of headset and electronic device is within 10 meters in between.
    ——Make sure you choose this Bluetooth device for music playback.
    ——Make sure your electronic device is within a range of strong signal without external interference.
    ——Check whether your electronic device has been connected to other Bluetooth devices.

  5. The model of this headset can not be searched.
    ——Make sure the headset is in the pairing mode you want (Phone/Bluetooth Transmitter)
    ——There may be a program error on the headset and device.Please reset the headset. (In the power-on state, press and hold the MFB and the volume “+” button for 6 seconds to restore the factory settings.)

  6. No sound can be heard from the headset when in a call.
    ——Make sure your headset and device are connected successfully.
    ——Make sure the call is selected in the state of the Bluetooth device.

  1. Please use original accessories provided for this product, otherwise, it may cause low performance, headphone damage, or a short circuit, and all of these are out of our warranty support.
  2. Disassembling personally may damage the headset and this is not covered by warranty.
  3. Do not use the product in a dusty environment.
  4. Please clean the headset with a clean, soft, and dry cloth.
  5. Do not place the product in an extreme environment, otherwise, it may be temporarily unavailable for use. The normal use temperature is -10°C to 45°C.
