    WHAT’S IN THE BOX?

If you find that any of these accessories are missing,

please reach out to Mixx customer service for further assistance.

Please hold on to the original packaging materials in case you need to exchange or return any items later on.

LET’S GET STARTED

Find a flat and level surface to place the unit on. It’s important to choose a stable location that is free from vibrations.

Remove the tie-wrap that secures the tonearm [4] .

Connect the AC adaptor to the Power Jack [16] of the unit.

Note: It’s crucial not to plug the AC power adaptor into the power outlet until you’ve completed all the assembly steps. Before powering on, double- check that all the connections are set up correctly. Remember to always turn off the power when connecting or disconnecting any components.

LET’S PLAY

  1. Rotate the On/Off Volume Knob [10] to turn on the power.

  2. Set the Function Switch [8] to the PH position.
Note: The Function Indicator [9] will be RED.

  3. Set the Speed Switch [5] to the appropriate speed for the record you are playing. (e.g., 33 RPM, 45 RPM, or 78 RPM).

  4. Place the record on the turntable. Use the 45 RPM Adapter [3] if necessary to accommodate records with larger center holes.

  5. Remove the stylus protector from the stylus assembly.
Note: Make sure to keep the included stylus guard in place whenever the turntable is moved or cleaned to avoid damaging the stylus.

  6. Release the tonearm Hold Down Clip [13] . This clip holds the tonearm [4] in place when the turntable is not in use. Remember to lock it back when the turntable is not in use.

  7. Use the Tonearm Lever [6] to lift up the tonearm [4] gently.

  8. Carefully move the tonearm [4] over the record to the desired starting position for playback. Set the Tonearm Lever [6] back to the down position, and the tonearm [4] will slowly descend onto the record and begin playback.

  9. When the record is finished playing, use the Tonearm Lever [6] again to raise the tonearm [4] . Return the tonearm [4] to the Tonearm Rest. Release the lever [6] to let the tonearm [4] sit back at its rest. If you want to suspend playback temporarily, repeat these steps.

  10. Lock the Tonearm Hold Down Clip [13] to secure the tonearm [4] in place for storage.

Note: If the Auto-Stop Switch [12] is set to the ON position, the platter will automatically stop after playback.
This feature applies to most 33RPM vinyl records. On occasion, the turntable may stop before the end of the record. Set the Auto-Stop Switch [12] to OFF to overcome this.

You can also adjust the speed of your record by turning the Pitch Control Knob [7] clockwise to increase it or anti-clockwise to decrease it by approximately 10%.

LET’S CONNECT

Connecting to a Stereo System:

Connect the RCA Jacks [14] directly to active/powered speakers or the appropriate input of your audio system to output analogue line-level signals. Ensure the RED plug is in the RIGHT channel, and the WHITE plug is in the LEFT channel.

Note: The RCA Jacks [14] are not intended for use with passive speakers; connecting them will result in significantly reduced volume.

Connecting via Aux:

Input

Connect to the Aux In Jack [15] using a 3.5mm auxiliary cable to play music through the turntable speakers from another audio device.

Output

Connect to the Headphone Jack [11] using a 3.5mm auxiliary cable to listen to the turntable with wired headphones.

Note: The built-in speaker will stop playing once wired headphones are plugged in.

Connecting via Bluetooth:

Input

You can play music from your smartphone or other audio device.

Set the Function Switch [8] to [R] ; this will cause the Function Indicator [9] to flash BLUE.

When your device is in pairing mode, the turntable will appear on your audio device as “MIXX Tribute”.

Once paired successfully, the Function Indicator [14] will turn off.

You can now play music from your device through the turntable; you can adjust the volume using the On/Off Volume Knob [10] .

To disconnect your device, turn the Function Switch away from [R] .

Note: Position your audio device as close as possible to the turntable when pairing.

Output

You can transmit the audio from your records to your Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

Set the Function Switch [8] to [T] ; this will cause the Function Indicator [9] to flash BLUE.

Once both your device and the turntable are in pairing mode, they will connect automatically and the Function Indicator [14] will turn off.

To disconnect your device, turn the Function Switch away from [T]
