INTENDED USE
The device is designed for cold storage of products. It consists of two separate parts:

  • lockers (bottom)
  •  refrigeration unit (top)

ELECTRICAL CONNECTING
The cabinet operates on 230 V/50 Hz.
Unit is equipped with 3 m long connecting cable. The wall socket should be easily accessible. Never use extension cord.
Unit can be connected to a normal grounded socket. Fuse min. 10 A.

INSTALLATION AND START-UP OF THE CABINET

The manufacturer’s responsibility is the installation of the product (unless otherwise agreed). The customer is responsible for preparing the installation site and should have received an installation drawing from the manufacturer to prepare the installation site.
All electrical work at the installation site must be carried out by an authorized electrician.
The installation drawing includes instructions for

  • the number of grounded sockets to be installed
  • location of the sockets
  • required size of the fuse
  • minimum installation distances required for air circulation (above and behind)
  •  theoretical heat load W / day of equipment

Before use, the manufacturer recommends that the cabinet is cleaned. See the section on maintenance and cleaning.
Refrigeration unit always produces heat while operating. This is normal operation of the equipment.

ADJUSTING TEMPERATURE

Unit is equipped with electronical thermostat. In addition, the device is equipped with a digital temperature display. Manufacturer has set the device at +5°C.
All the lockers of the device operate at the same temperature. It is not possible to set different temperature per locker.
The temperature control panel (electronical thermostat) is located at the top of the equipment, behind the front panel, picture 1. An additional display is located at the lower corner of the front panel.CoolCenter 100 6D CoolCellar

The cabinet defrosts automatically. Defrosted water runs to a container located under the device and evaporates.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Never cover the top or bottom air circulation panels of the equipment.
When starting maintenance operations, always unplug the device first.
The lockers must be cleaned regularly. Clean the inner and outer surface of the lockers with mild cleaner and dry them. Don’t use any cleaners containing chlorite or other  strong cleaning agents, as they might damage surfaces.
IMPORTANT! The condenser in the refrigerating system of the equipment must be cleaned of dust regularly. Regular cleaning of condenser increases the operating lifetime of the device, as well as improves refrigeration capacity.
In case scheduled maintenance program is applicable, the manufacturer is responsible for the cleaning of the condenser at necessary intervals.
The condenser is in the compressor compartment behind the front panel.
Clean the condenser at least once a year by vacuuming and using a brush lightly, more often depending on the conditions. Be careful not to damage the thin lamels of the condenser!
Never splash the compressor with water, as this may cause short circuits and damage electrical parts.
SERVICE
The cooling system is a hermetically sealed system and does not require supervision.
If the equipment fails to cool, check if the reason is a power shortcut.
If you cannot locate the reason for the failure, please contact manufacturer’s maintenance. Please inform model /type and serial number of the cabinet. You can find this information on the product label, which is placed behind the top panel, next to electronic thermostat, see pic 4.
