Self-Inking Stamp
Important Safeguards
Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If this
product is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be included.
When using the product, basic safety precautions should always be followed to
reduce the risk of injury including the following:
- Do not let children or pets play with the product.
- Do not use this product if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.
- If skin is stained by ink, wash the area with warm water and soap.
- This product is intended for printing impressions on documents and various types of paper.
Product Description
Before First Use
Risk of suffocation!
Keep any packaging materials away from children and pets – these materials are
a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.
- Remove all the packing materials.
- Check the product for transport damages.
Use
- Push the stamp halfway, then press the lock buttons to lock in place (Fig. 1 ).
- Insert the ink pad with the ink facing down. It makes a click noise when properly inserted (Fig. 2).
- Push the stamp fully down, then press the lock buttons to lock in place (Fig. 3).
- Rotate the wheel(s) to adjust the stamp to the desired date (Model: BO8BM7V6VF) or phrase (Model:
- BO8BM8X986) (Fig. 4). Push the stamp to release the lock (Fig. 5).
- Gently press the stamp down on a suitable printing surface to print an impression (Fig. 6).
NOTICE
- To print the correct orientation of a date (Model: BO8BM7V6VF), position the stamp so that the month is on the left side and the year is on the right side.
- To print the correct orientation of a phrase (Model: BO8BM8X986), position the stamp so that the wheel is on the right side.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning
- To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
- Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, or metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
Maintenance
- Store in a cool and dry place away from children and pets.
- To prevent the ink tray from drying out quickly, store the product in an airtight storage container.
Disposal
Dispose of the product according to local regulations. If in doubt, consult your local authorities.
