SmallRig AP-10 Lightweight Compact Carbon Fiber Tripod

In order to ensure users’ safety and prevent the product damages caused Spread Tripod Legs by any improper use, please read the “Warnings” carefully below and keep this User Manual properly for future reference.

Thank you for purchasing SmallRig’s products.

Warnings

• Do not exceed the specified load capacity.
• Make sure to lock and keep safe when operating the tripod.
• Do not use a tripod when the temperature is lower than minus 20 degrees or higher than 65 degrees.
• Please clean the tripod when it is getting dirty or wet, do not use it in the sea.
• Do not expose product under direct sunshine or high temperature for a long time.
• Make sure all devices (e.g. cameras) were taken down from the tripod before transportation.
• Keep the tripod and all accessories clean before packing for storage.
• Unless necessary, the equipment does not need to be lubricated regularly.
• Please use the standard lube only if needed.
• To ensure safety, do not connect the tripod with any power supply.
• Please do not disassemble the product ,if you have any question, please contact the seller to apply after-sales service.

Intended Use

• Please read this User Manual carefully, especially the “Warnings”.
• Please use or store the product in the environment mentioned herein.
• It will be regarded as an improper use when the users are not correctly follow the user manual or use the product under the specific working condition.

Tripod Details

Ball Head Details

Adjust Leg Angles

For stable support when shooting on an uneven surface, or for low-angle shots, each leg can be adjusted to 3 preset angles.

To set the leg angles:

1. Press outward the leg angle lock
2. Set the leg angle to one of the three preset positions.
3. Press inward the leg angle lock to secure the angle setting.

Tips

• Please remove camera from the tripod before moving the tripod to other locations for shooting to avoid any damage to the camera, as violent shaking may break the camera screw thus break the camera, especially the camera with telephoto lens.
• Extend the tripod legs in the order of from max tube to min tube, while fold the legs in the order of from min tube to max tube.

Service Warranty

Please keep your original receipt and guarantee card. Be sure the dealer has written on it the date of purchase and SN of the product. These are required for warranty service.

After-sale warranty terms

1. 7 Days DOA Return Policy: Within 7 days from the date of the package receipt, a return or replacement can be done if the item received is malfunctioning or physically damaged (not caused by human abuse), return shipping cost will be on SmallRig’s charge. 1-Year Warranty: Within 1 year from the date of the package receipt, defective product
2. which is not caused by human abuse is eligible to get repair/replacement for free; a defective product which is caused by human abuse, repair/replacement will be charged based on the damage level

This warranty does not cover

1. Defects caused by users’ violation of the “Warnings” and “Intended Use”.
2. The product identification or SN label is removed or defaced in any way.
3. The product is serviced or repaired by anyone other than our company or the service agency authorized by our company
