STEP 1:
Connect the signal cable C and the signal cable D, then put the support
tube-left into the pedestal, and lock them with screw, spring mattress,
washer. Then also put the support tube-right into the pedestal and fix it.
Please note, don’t lock them too tight.
STEP 2:
Fix one side of the traverse frame on the support tube-left with screw,
spring mattress, and washer. Please also do not lock it too tight. Then fix
the other side on the support tube-right. After this step, you need to lock
all the screws tightly.
STEP 3:
Remove the plastic handle cover first and connect the signal cable A and
the cable B. Then put the console on the support tube-left and lock the
plastic handle cover on the console with Cross recessed pan head tapping
screw. Then lock the console on the support tube-right.
STEP 4
Tilt the machine so that the underside of the machine is exposed, install
the total 4 adjustable feet cushion, then erect the machine. Now, the machine
is ready for use.

Q: Can I adjust the speed of the massage unit?
A: Yes, you can adjust the speed using the Speed Increase and Decrease Button. -
Q: How long should I use the massage unit for?
A: You can use the Time Shortcut Button to select the desired duration (3 minutes, 5 minutes, 8 minutes, 10 minutes) or manually increase or decrease the time using the Time Increase and Decrease Button. -
Q: Can I use the massage unit for exercise?
A: Yes, the massage unit also provides exercise illustrations in the user manual to guide you on different exercises you can perform with it. -

STEP 1
Connect the signal cable C (17) and the signal cable D (10), then put the support tube-left (6) into the pedestal, and lock them with screw (13), spring mattress (12), washer (11); then also put the support tube-right (14) into the pedestal and fix it. Pls note, don’t lock them too tight. -
STEP 2
Fix the one side of the traverse frame (15) on the support tube-left (6) with screw (9). spring mattress (8) and washer (7), pls also do not lock it too tight; Then fix the other side on the support tube-right. After this step, then you need to lock all the screws tightly. -
STEP 3
Remove the plastic handle cover (4) first,and connect the signal cable A (2) and the cable B (5), then put the console (1) on the support tube-left, then lock the plastic handle cover (4) on the console (1) with Cross recessed pan head tapping screw (3). Then lock the console on the support tube-right. -
STEP 4
Tilt the machine, so that the underside of the machine is exposed, install the total 4 adjustable feet cushion (18), then erect the machine.
Now, the machine is ready for use.
OPERATION INSTRUCTION

Insert the power plug correctly into the power socket of the SFM, check the voltage and switch on power.

Choose your desire posture on the SFM as shown by the above sketch maps.

It is advisable to drink 500ml of lukewarm water before use in order to eliminate the toxic wastes.

EXERCISE ILLUSTRATION
Exercise 1:
Place both of your feet on the plate with the majority of your weight on your toes, keeping your knees slightly bent and your stomach muscles slightly flexed. To exercise the back and arm muscles.

Exercise 2:
Sand sideways on the plate with one let in front of the other and toes facing
forward. The front leg should be slightly bent, the rear let is straight
Push the heel of the rear leg down and you should feel tension in your calves.
To vary this exercise, keep your back straight and push your pelvis forward.

Exercise 3:
Stand on the Plate with legs wide apart and toe turnedoutward. Keeping the knees dire ctly above the feet at a 100 deqree angle,gently bend the legs. You should feel tension in the back. buttocks, quadriceps and inner thigh area.

Exercise 4:
Place one foot in the middle of the Plateand step back with the other planting it firmly on the grouno behind. Keeping the back straight and the knees directly above the toes, squeeze the leg muscles. You should feel tension in thehamstrings, quadriceps and buttocks.

Standing in the centre of the Plate, rise up on to the balls ofthe feet. Keeping your back straight and abdomen tight, you should begin to feel tension in your calf muscles. To add variation to the exercise, try bending your knees to 90 degrees.

To maintain the operational standard of the SFM,Please note the following :
BEFORE OPERATE THE SFM
- Use the SFM for its intended use as described in this user guide.
- Do not relocate or use force to relocate the product to prevent damages, ie. Wooden floor Damages may be caused to the wooden fioor.
- Do not use 30 minutes before and after meal.
- Only one person can step on the stepping board at any one time Failing to do so, it may cause injury or breakdown of SFM.
- Hold safety handile correctly before you exercise. lt heps you to balance when you are using the SFM.
- Check the exercise speed level before you operate the SFM and ensure it is under safe speed and comfortable level You may get hurt it the speed is set too high.
- Ensure there is sufficient gap between your feet at the inital staqe. Recommendable range: the gap between your feet on the stepping board should be around the range of 30cm.
- Do not use this machine for other purposes besides exercise.
- Do not operate or touch this SFM with wet or humid hands, It may cause SFM to break down or electric shock.
- Do not use any kind of sharp things like spoon, knife or any dangerous materials on the SFM. Do not insert fingers at the gap of the stepping board.
DURING OPERATE THE SFM
- If any discomforts or abnormalities with the SFM arise. please stop using the product and consult a physician immediately.

- When not in use, please turn offi the power and unplug the power cord (Running electricity may present risks for electnic shock or fire).
- Do not exercise more than 10 minutes using the same pose You may get muscular cramps.

HOW TO STORE

Do not store the SFM Near heat or open frame.
Under the direct sunlight for a long period time. Harmful gas and dust.especially humidity. -
Keep the SFM:
U sage temperature: 0-35°c.
Keeping temperature :5-50°c.
Humiduty : under 40-80%. -
If the SFM is not use for long period of time. Cover it with a piece of clean cloth to protect it from dust.

Do not store the SFM under direct sunlight or at places of high temperature.

Do not coil the wire cord as it may cause malfunction to the machine.
SELF-MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaninq, ensure that the main switch is turned off and AC plug is removed from the electrical outlet.
- Do not using the SFM too long for the first time.
- Switch off power and remove the plug from the socket every time after use.
PROTECTION OF SFM
- Do not use this machine in wet areas such as bathroom, swimming pool, or spa.
- Do not use it when there is too much dust, oil, smoke or caustic gas.
- Avoid damaging the surface of the SFM surface with heavy object, by knocking hard, scratchin with force.

- Using corrosive cleanser is prohibited. Do not use benzene or thinner to clean or spray insecticide on the machine.
