controller to the charging latches so thata “dick” is heard
Usage
a. Moisten the soles of your feet with a damp towel for a better massage
effect. The procedure should be performed sitting down so that the leg muscles
are unburdened and relaxed. Do not put your full weight on the mat
b. Place your feet on the designated places on the mat so that they adhere as
much as possible
c. Use the [+] button to turn on the device
d. Use the mode button [M] to select one of the massage modes
e. Use the -+/- buttons to set one of the 19 levels of intensity.
The mat will turn off automatically when one foot is removed.
The massage involves the use of mild electrical impulses (EMS) to stimulate
the muscles of the feet and calves. This helps to improve blood circulation,
relieve fatigue and muscle tension, and stimulate the acupressure points on
the feet. The mat has different massage zones, covering the sole, heels, toes
and arches of the feet.
The first use may require getting used to a slight sensory discomfort,
especially in people with sensitivity to the so-called. “ticklers”.
We recommend that you select the massage intensity level “1” the first time
and find the treatment modes that best suit you.
EMS treatment is recommended maximum once a day, up to 15 minutes of
continuous massage. The device has a protection that automatically turns off
the treatment after about 15 minutes.
