IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Before use, ensure the power supply is consistent with the rated voltage indicated on the kettle.
- Only use the appliance with a fixed grounded socket (AC 220V with a rated current of 10A). Do not violently pull or press the power cord and keep it away from heat and damp.
- Do not use the kettle to boil liquids other than water to avoid chemical corrosion and damage to the kettle.
- The body and power base of the kettle must not be rinsed with water or washed in water. A damp cloth may be used to clean the kettle body. It is recommended that the limescale on the inner wall and bottom of the kettle be cleaned regularly with acetic acid or lemon-like acid.
- When elderly people or children are present, provide them with the necessary warnings to avoid they touch or knock over the kettle.
- When the power plug is attached, make sure a reliable circuit breaker is in place.
- The electric kettle is only to be used on the power base provided, which cannot be used for other purposes or replaced by other objects.
- Water droplets may sometimes be found at the bottom of the kettle after use. This is the result of the condensation of water vapor in the steam outlet. It is normal and will not affect the safe use of the product.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional authorised by the manufacturer.
- The product is intended exclusively for household use.
- The kettle must be unplugged before cleaning or when the kettle is not in use. To plug and unplug the power cord, hold the plug body, not the power cord.
- Do not plug in or unplug the power cord with wet hands. When the power cord is connected, the plug must be fully inserted into the socket to avoid electric shock or fire.
- The plug should be regularly wiped clean with a dry cloth to prevent poor electrical contact due to excessive dust.
- In the case of a malfunction, turn off the power immediately. Do not try to repair the appliance yourself. Instead, please contact our after-sales department.
- Do not immerse the kettle in water or rinse it with water. Also, do not use the kettle to boil traditional Chinese medicines or any liquids other than water.
- Overfilling the kettle may result in water splashing out of the kettle when it is boiled.
- After the kettle is filled with water, ensure the lid is properly closed before turning the kettle on. If the lid is not properly closed, the kettle will not automatically turn off when the water is boiled.
- Make sure the kettle’ s power button is in the off position before removing the kettle from the power base. When the kettle is on, the body of the kettle will be hot. To avoid scalds, do not let any part of your body come into contact with the kettle when it is operating.
- The appliance can be used by children aged eight years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the safe use of the appliance and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be attempted by children unless they are over eight years of age and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged under eight.

BEFORE FIRST USE
1.Before first use, fill the kettle with water to the maximum water mark, boil the water and discard it. Then, rinse the inside of the kettle with cold water. Repeat the above and then clean the body of the kettle and the heating plate on the bottom of the inside of the kettle with a dry cloth.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

To fill the kettle, remove it from the power base, press the lid release button to open the lid and fill the kettle with water. Then, wipe any water off the body and bottom of the kettle to avoid electrical failure.
Note: -
The amount of water in the kettle must not exceed the maximum water mark or water may splash out of the kettle when boiled.

Before boiling the kettle, ensure the lid is firmly closed.

Ensure the amount of water in the kettle is not lower than the minimum water mark. The kettle must not be heated when empty (boil dry) as this may damage the kettle.

To avoid scalds, do not open the lid when the water is boiled.

Once filled, place the kettle on the power base.
Note: -
Ensure the kettle is properly aligned on the base.

Flick the power switch to the ” | ” or “On” position. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the electric kettle is heating up.

The kettle automatically turns off when the water is boiled. The power switch will automatically return to the “0” or “Off” position and the heating indicator light will turn off.

Before boiling the kettle again, wait for the thermostat in the kettle to cool down and reset. Then, turn the power switch to the ” | ” or “On” position.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, remove the power plug from the socket. Wipe clean the body and the base with a dry cloth after the kettle has cooled down. Attention: The power plug and base contact point must be dry.
- The filter can capture impurities in the water. When the filter is clogged, rinse it with water and reuse it.
- Water quality varies in different countries. Hard water will produce limescale in the kettle over time. It is harmless to health but will affect the heating efficiency and appearance of the kettle. The kettle should be descaled regularly as follows. Fill the kettle with a mixture of ordinary vinegar and water at a ratio of 1:2. Boil the kettle and leave the boiled mixture in the kettle overnight. Empty the kettle the following day and then fill it with fresh water. Boil the kettle and discard the water.
- After each use, empty the kettle and store it in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
DISPOSAL
Disassemble and recycle the kettle in accordance with local regulations.

kettles by delivering them to an appropriate waste disposal or recycling
