Dear Customer: Thank you for purchasing a Supreme Baby Change Table. Please read all instructions before installing. Failure to follow these warnings and the installation instructions could result in serious injury or death. Keep these instructions. DO NOT DISCARD.
Warning
- This product is intended for children up to a maximum weight of 20kgs.
- DO NOT leave your child unattended while using Baby Change Table.
- DO NOT add a changing pad to this product.
- Always use safety belt.
- Forbid children from hanging from the unit to avoid risk of falling.
- Be aware of the risk of open fires and other sources of strong heat, such as electric heaters, gas fires, etc. in the near vicinity of the Baby Change Table.
- Adding excessive weight to the unit that exceed the total weight limit of 20kgs may cause a hazardous unstable condition to occur.

Maintenance and Cleaning
- Check all components and hardware monthly or as required to ensure hardware is tight and there are no missing or damaged components. Take unit out of service if any components are missing or damaged and contact SPL customer service to order spare parts. DO NOT substitute parts . For replacement parts phone 0800 7877 363
- Clean Baby Change Table by using a damp cloth with mild soap or mild multi-purpose cleaner. Do not use strong chemical cleaners or cleaning agents that may be hazardous to children.
Method of Installation
This Baby Change Table has five (5) recess mounting holes.
Note: Wooden double stud blocking is necessary.
What is the suggested height for the tables in an accessible cubicle:
There is no fixed or regulated height at which the table is mandated to be
fitted. As a guide, we recommend a vertical height from the floor to the
changing surface of between 750mm—850mm.
Terms of Warranty

The Supreme Baby Change Table range warranty period is 12 months.

The warranty period commences on the date of purchase.

The following are not in the scope of warranty requirements:
Improper use, alteration to the product or repair by technical persons without our company’s authorisation. -
While our company remains committed to our customer service, we will not cover products that are outside of their warranty period.
Warning
- The Baby Change Table is no stronger than the anchors or wall to which they are attached and therefore, MUST be firmly secured in order to support the weight they are intended to support. Contact a Builder or Architect if you have any questions relating to installation.
- To assure proper installation, it is suggested that a qualified person or registered building practitioner install the Supreme Baby Change Table. SPL Ltd will not be responsible if the table is not installed properly.
